Steer clear of any Sunex products if you’re expecting typical lifetime warranty replacement like other tool companies. I have waited way too long for replacements from them, 5 months for one tool and am now being told 3 months for another. Not acceptable, they should refund if they cannot provide a replacement in an adequate time which they have refused to do. All other manufacturers have reasonable replacement times, why are they the only ones? I will no longer be purchasing Sunex tools.
