I'm not going to say it tastes good–I think that's asking for too much. But the Cookies N' Cream flavor is not gross, has a high-quality blend of ingredients, and is easy to get down once a day after a workout. It is VERY sweet though, so prepare yourself. I tried the chocolate flavor as well, which was disgusting, because it doesn't taste like chocolate at all.. more like something that's chocolate flavored, like an ersatz chocolate of some kind (I suppose because that's exactly what it is!).

Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle).

Results-wise, it's definitely been helping. I've been following Bigger Leaner Stronger, and slowly sculpting my body. This shake helps me get to my daily macro protein target, which is roughy 1:1 body weight to grams of daily protein. I'm cutting weight right now, and ALSO getting stronger, which is rare in someone my age who historically frequently works out (and so my body is already adjusted to weight training).

I would rather it be cheaper when bought in large quantity but sadly it is not. Beyond this, it tastes decent and mixes well, just lack of flavors (miss "cookies and milk" flavor from other brands). I don't have time to make copious amounts of chicken breasts and etc so protein is best supplement for me and this fits the bill.
FYI, if the price goes up I switch to my other standbys (i.e. MP Combat), so pending on the price I switch back and forth. I recommend others to have 2 or 3 standby brands and switch based on price so you're not stuck with an overpriced protein brand.

Easily the best tasting whey I have ever had. Doesn't taste like chemicals and isn't too fake-sweet. No maltodextrin. I wish that vanilla had been offered as it would go better in my berry smoothie, but the chocolate is excellent as a standalone. I noticed improved exercise performance after only a day or two.
I am used to doing 8-minute arms workouts, which are back to back sets that target the upper body. I used to be pretty winded after the 8 minutes, but since starting this product I feel like I want to keep going - which I will have to figure out.
I wish there was a larger bag than 10lb because it seems to get cheaper the more you buy.
