My '06 Tundra Crew Cab had a cracked lens, and I decided to buy a new pair to slick up the look a little bit. (It kept burning bulbs, when I replaced it, a dumped about a cup of water out of it.) I installed them and they look and fit great.
Here's the trick for all you other non-mechanics: You have to take out the side lenses to access the bottom bolt for the headlights. So, pop the plastic rivet with the philips head, force it up about 1/3", and unscrew it, it will loosen the plastic filler rivet and come out. Then tug forward, you might have to argue with it a little bit. I put in new headlight bulbs, (Do it while the housing is out, it's easier to place the bulb without touching it. The connections all snapped right in. (I also had one top corner bolt not come out because the plastic connector screw was spinning, I wedged it with a friangular file to hold it and get the bolt out.) I'm glad I youtubed it because I was about to drop it off to a mechanic and pay them to install it.
