    Hey y'all!

I live near Austin Texas and just test drove my soon-to-be 1st generation 1 tundra!

I'm wasting no time planning the upgrades and focusing on the timing belt replacement but wanted your advice. I see these Tacoma Wheels from a 2023 TRD and thinking these look great and I just need to buy some spacers to make them.work.

Do you guys think this is a good deal for my first upgrade?

Except.... I'm such a newbie I don't know how to add my pictures. :help:

The tires only have 4,000 miles on them and he's asking $2k. They are 265/75R17

getting those Tacoma wheels and tires later today! I ordered some Spidertrax spacers to make sure they align properly since they have different hub size. Wheels and tires for $1800.

That sounds like a great deal for rims with the BFG's. I've heard good things about the KO'3's from a couple of people currently running them. Figure out the picture posting so we can see how it looks.

Frame is good with just slight surface rust. I need to find correct method for eval on ball joints. Timing belt will be my first gen baptism...2 quotes I got were $2000+. I'm doing it myself to have more money for other things.

wow, thought I had done enough research but couldn't get the wheels on today. I thought I had seen that Tundra lug studs were 14mm but mine are 12. Then it seems my wheel spacers were wrong too even tho I swear I had correct part the first time. Working on an exchange with Summit Racing as the spacers I got are too small for the Tundra hub.

Stay tuned friends, I was so excited when we almost had these wheels on the truck.....can't wait to get it figured out.
