I think the issue is you have blotches of dark scattered, it's not a cohesive color design.
If you go with the dark rockers, can you go clear or white or no chip guard? That dark slash atop the grill is park of the issue. IMO

In PA they have Harry's U-Pull It yards. Acres of cars & $2 admission. But in the northeast, at least, these examples are rapidly becoming the rare situation.

I like it. I might consider the 2 tone too, that would look nice.

It's been black twice, once painted and once bed liner. It's now brushed steel, gotta have some sort of accent. I actually like the bars on this grille, reminds me of the 49 Chevy.

What you guys think will look better?
MGM from a newer tundra or cement grey?

Nows the time for me to change the trucks color. Lol

My vote is for cement. MGM would look good but I want to see a cement 1st gen. I plan on that or quicksand if I ever repaint.

    I’m leaning the cement color
Too... hoping to get the truck to the body shop on the next week or 2. Still no bed though

Keep thinking about it. But I tend to go Hunting and to the range all the time... this truck will take that duty... hard to keep the guns out of sight with a flatbed

Before i forget does anyone make beefier alignment tabs for the lower control arms on these trucks? when the cam bolt slipped on the driver side it bent the tab in pretty good. if no one does i'll just try to straighten it and run a bead next to it for some strength.. still might replace both lower control arms just because of the mileage too.

Yeah that would be neat. I wasn't planning to because eventually I plan to replace it with a BFF bumper. But now I may derp that too.

As suggested, the yellow film will be the best bet for your lens. Cheap and easy to remove if you do not like.

1D6 MGM first choice as it ‘changes’ colors due to the metallic nature.

I was going to buy the Cement 2018 as its a nice color, too. The more I see Cement, the less I like it though.

They will be this weekend. Have to cut a little of the t-case skid plate since both use the same mounting holes.

Cement because shiny primer looks more original than MGM.

Now you've got me thinking I should go back to white. I like that look. You have the better bumper/grill design.

I never understood that. I've seen other 02's that have a completely different bumper and grill from the factory.

For me it would come down to what color the interior is. If it's gray, then definitely Cement would be my first choice followed by MGM. If your interior is tan then go with the Dune color. Just my .02
