Not sure what you're asking. I am going I96 XHD leafs and MCM parts with ADS 3.0 triple bypass shocks under the bed.

First thing is Tundra leafs packs are 2.25" wide

My first setup I used Deaver I96HD leafs. The axle was custom modified by DMZ. The shackle was a Total Chaos shackle I believe. Bed cage was custom fabricated on the truck.

Then last year I swapped out the I96HD packs for custom Deaver packs made from 3" wide leaf springs. Jeff tuned the leafs for my specific axle weight (3920lbs). DMZ fabricated a new front leafs hanger and spring perch and I sourced some wider rear upper shackle bushings from Energy Suspension.

I had to make the swap because I had the I96HD packs redone by Deaver 4 times but we still couldn't get them to support the weight of my truck.

What else do you want to know?

I spoke with Matt last week and am still waiting for a quote. I'm just asking for thoughts/experience with this SUA kit but seems like Alex (thank you) just made it moot by pointing out that it's 2.5 instead of the proper 2.25".

Well at first he wanted to do a bolt on front hanger so he could sell them as a kit. But then he figured there wasn;t a market for them so he just welded them on and didn't bother making a jig

What is the main differences between camburg and the TC sua kits as well camburg actually supplying the real springs and TC doesn't. I am going mid journey up front and sua kit in the rear with triple bypass so just trying to plan stuff out. Thank you.

    They're 2.25" wide

If you have a lot of weight in the bed then the packs start to get super thick when you add enough leaf material to hold the truck up. So I went wider

I ran a rear SUA with MT up front. It only lasted less than a year before I ripped the front MT out and installed LT. Buy once cry once.

You kinda answered that question (thanks) and looks like that's the wrong kit. I guess I'm wondering where to get the proper SUA kit? I've got a call in to Deaver and they're checking stock (they thought they might have one in stock) on the I96 HD pack. I'm hoping to get this together sooner rather than later.

you still plan to run a lot of weight in the back? you still got your trailer too. you'd just have to go back and get it after having some fun.

I'm not gonna run that much weight. 2 spares, 100 lb. tent, 10-15 gal. water and maybe 4 gal. fuel and keep it all as close to the cab as possible.

You basically have TC and Camburg I think. I don't know what the differences are but another option is calling Kartek and piecing together a kit. All you need are axle perches, spring plates/u bolts, shock tabs, and shackles.

Then you need to figure out how you're doing a cage and finally decide on bumps (hydro or rubber)

Still a lot of weight - 500lbs Plus firewood and any other gear adds up.
Part of the reason I want to ditch my RTT and rack and don't want a bed cage.

Blame it on my being simpleminded but I'm not sure how effective the shock is when angled as much as the relocate requires? I'd rather keep everything under the bed but I also want some serious performance from the shocks.

Well its a sacrifice if you don't want to cut the bed up and add a cage. It will be better than SOA w/2.5.

The angle isn't extreme due to the redesign if the 3.0 that we are testing. Up to 16in of travel all under the bed.

Just waiting for a quote from Matt on that setup. He mentioned the shocks are being made and still several weeks out.
