    Power folding mirrors

Not a fun mod but worth it since I park in the garage and must fold the mirrors.

I bought a set of used 1794 mirrors fully loaded options. I maintained all the functions except the auto dim. The passenger mirror had a bad BSM so I ordered a replacement, but I couldn’t pay 300 for the oem mirror/glass just for auto dim so 80 bucks aftermarket mirror coming. For now I’m using my original glass in the passenger mirror.

My biggest issue was having a bad BSM that wasted a day trying to figure it out, I still need to hook up the puddle lights but I installed the LED and ran the wire so it will be pretty simple.

Finally got to snatch off some of this chrome tonight. Replaced the surround and the bulge with color matched quicksand. Next up are the bumper ends and wheels! 64B39880-777A-49BD-BC9C-5BA87B212958.jpg

I just wish those bumper ends weren’t so GD pricey for what they are.

    Looks great!!!

Received my Cavalry blue mirror caps today from Sparks. Happy with quality and color match paintwork. Install was simple but nerve-wracking. Here are some before and after photos. Crazy how such a small detail makes such a big impact.

How does it sound? I was thinking about getting the same box. I also have kickers and I know they sound amazing in a ported box. Curious on how they sound in a sealed box

Looks great! I thought the surround piece can only be purchased as part of an entire grille? Can you let me know where you purchased it from?

    Thanks

Well I got one installed. Drivers side TRD sport rear shock. Took me an hour because getting the old one off was a bitch with the rust seized bolts. Getting the new one in wasnt too bad, i had to jack the back up by the frame because i wasnt able to compress the shock enough to get it in the holes. The old shock was very easy to compress so I am glad I did this. Friday I will tackle the other rear, then one of these days do the front coilovers.

Thanks! Unfortunately I did have to purchase the entire grille and separate the painted surround from the insert. So now I have a TRd pro insert just sitting in the garage. Hoping to sell it possibly.
