^ Where did you mount the compressor? I'm assuming it's a simple install.

I decided to remove my left rear seat and mount it internally behind the seat in the space there behind the seat and the firewall. It fits perfectly there, wires up easily there and is never exposed to any elements like if it were mounted on frame. When it inflated or deflated I can still carry on normal volume conversations. But it’s only ever on when I use remote or on start up to get PSI correctly. I leave remote on visor and have three presets already ready to go.

Great idea. There are plenty of rubber grommets on the cab floor to run wires and air hoses through. I would not have thought of that placement.

I can’t get pictures for another week. I am traveling for work right now. But if you can wait a week, I will post pics here.

Interesting. I was thinking of mounting it somewhere under the bed, on the frame or something....

Run individual air lines to each airbag. if you only use one air line with a tee the pressure from one air bag can increase the pressure in the other bag.
When you go thru a turn with a heavy load the outside bag will be compressed sending pressure to the inside bag causing the the vehicle to lean more.

I had always been told that. And I think it makes sense on a big rig since they dont have leaf springs to dampen the effect of air traveling between the bags. But after 100k of towing/heavy hauling miles in 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks I actually think it is safer to have bags tied together. It is more dangerous to have one bag at 40psi and the other at zero. I ran a few work trucks with heavy loads in the bed with separate lines and in extreme cold a line would fracture and empty a bag, which would immediately try to pull me to the low side and create a huge pucker incident. Now when I have a leak, both bags deflate at the same time and I can fix it later. This was especially important when others would be driving my truck.

But I am no expert, just found what seems to work best for my driving style.

I'm running a single air line also, Not towing much weight, so no issues ever.

Took 2 hrs, 2 sets of hands, and a six pack. Easy. Clean. Enjoy the way it rides, but I carry 1.5k lbs daily and will likely add a leaf to improve ride quality slightly.
