Finally got my rays gram lights yesterday also got my iconix kics r40 lugs to go with them. 18x9 +25 offset. Unfortunately I have to do a ton of work before I take them in to get put on. Well.... I don’t have to, I want to. Have to put my 700lbs coils on my kings and putting poly bushings on stock control arms and poly bushings on steering rack. And last but not least have to put my new c4 hybrid bumper I picked up last night from powder coating so I kinda want everything put together and ride height adjusted properly before I take them to the wheel shop to get put on and get an alignment. I’m excited and extremely impatient right now. Shit weather is killing me.

Ya I wasn’t planning on buying them. Was going to paint the hubs. I’m waiting on some custom wheel studs so I can keep the m14 size to use my project kics iconix 40 lugs that won’t destroy my wheels. I have the 9/16 studs now. Other than that I just got done going polyurethane bushings on LCAs and steering rack as well as swapping my springs to 700lbs springs and SPC cam bolts. Super excited. Growing more and more impatient. 53DBDE8C-A7A1-4229-8B80-95B165727E8F.jpg

Sweet! I’ll look out for the tundy around town. I’ve been working on my new project(2013 GX460). I just got my new c4 hybrid bumper and ordered my zeon 12s and light bar for it. Comes this week and then I will sell the Nfab one with the rigid Rds 40 bar with it right after I do the swap.

Are you going with an extended stud?

Great choices can’t wait to see your c4 bumper. I got a demello on the way myself

I have longer 9/16 studs now from when I put my fuel hostages a long time ago. I searched for days to see if there was a longer m14 stud that worked and found some that might be close, but then I stumbled on a company that can custom make whatever studs you want. I have to call Monday to place an order for them. So I still have to wait and for the money spent on everything I can wait. No plans on wheeling any time soon so it’s all good. I’ll post the truck when everything is done and back on the road.

Were you able to put them on with stock studs and still tighten up to 7 threads worth?

Yes I was able to get mine on just fine with no issue. I use rays lug nuts but that should not make a difference really. Just needed to buy a deep thin walled socket set to get in the tight lug holes. One thing I do like is that every time I get it serviced the techs won’t go near with with an impact they all do old school with a tire iron and torque wrench

Very nice Jimes. They look great! Did you end up going with the extended studs?
    Nice doggo too! Schnauzer?

Thanks. Ya I’ve had the 9/16 studs in the front since 2016 when I bought my first set of wheels(fuel hostage). But might do the rears just so they all match. And spot on with the schnauzer. I have two of the them. Litter mates. Leela and Bender. Leela on the left and bender on the right. They go everywhere with us. they are blue Merle schnauzers. I need to know how these went on! I think I’ve settled on 285/70r18. It’s the perfect happy medium!

Hey all, sorry for the delayed response. I finally had the time to get them mounted up yesterday. I love the look and I am glad I went with the 285/70r18’s. They are extremely quiet on the highway and I love them so far. I have a slight rub in reverse at full lock that will easily be fixed by pushing the front liner in. I will get around to this at some point this week.

I also threw on my trd pro grill today. Next up will be the trd pro LED Headlights, color matched front bumper ends and baja designs amber fogs.

Nice setup! I am looking at the same rims for my truck, but I am torn between a +1 or +20 offset. What are the specs for these D666's?

Still in love with these wheels, the finish is just so amazing. And when freshly washed they shine so nicely in the sun.
