hey y'all, I am a new Tundra owner and new to the forum. Just got a '08 crew max limited TRD w/ 66k miles. I am excited! We had an '04 Sequoia that handled everything I could do to it, so I'm pretty excited about having a vehicle worthy of joining a forum.

We’ve met some wonderful people and had some great barbecue but other than that I’m still trying to figure out what Texans are so proud of. I’m from AZ originally and moved to TX from Alaska, my family and I are very excited about shooting without paying someone, hunting without paying someone, driving somewhere with no pavement, and seeing an elevation change greater than the freeway on-ramp! :)

I was born in south Texas but grew up in CO, so I claim no affiliation or allegiance with TX ;)

As a kid, we used to visit my grandparents or have family reunions down in McAllen in the middle of the summer. The best word to describe McAllen is “moist.” It’s like the armpit of America. Between the humidity and the mosquitos it is quite possibly the worst place to ever go on vacation.
