Switched to a PRO grille, my favorite mod!

    5E9E71C6-443E-47E9-A92D-C46A57CB07EF.jpg

switched the Chrome door handles and mirror caps to color match vehicle. Tinted windows to 20% in rear and 35% in front (VA tint laws). Removed TRD off road sticker and debadged emblems. Only left the “limited” emblem and placed black cover over it.

Another shot of PRO grille, did i say I love it?!

Installed Bilstein 6112’s up front at 1.9” and 5100’s in the rear. Appears close to level for now.

Ordered my SCS ray 10’s in matte gunmetal which will be getting installed within the next week in 285/70/18 ridge grapplers. Also decided to lift a little more and go with the Bilsteins 6112’s up front at 2.5” with a coachbuilder shim on each side for a total of 3” lift in the front and putting a Toytec shackle in the rear at 1.5”.
Installed Icon delta joint upper control arms as well.

Thanks for checking it out and feel free for any input!!!!

How does the truck drive with everything done? what kind of alignment specs did they get with the Icon upper arms? It took me a while to be able to find someone here that could get the caster how I wanted it. Truck looks awesome though!

I forgot to get the damn numbers from the shop but the shop I got everything done at the only thing they work on is lifted trucks and seem to know their stuff. It’s driving like a champ. Not pulling at all one way or the other.

any rubbing on your front? I'm about to pull the trigger on some 285/70 RG's and I also have the Ray10's. Only difference is that I'm running the 6112's on the top clip w/o any extra shims. I have 275/70 RG's and I think they look a little small so I wanted to upgrade a size since there seems to be a good amount of room to spare when I turn the wheel both ways.

I had Very slight rubbing at full lock in reverse But after pushing the plastic wheel well liner in a little more it solved it. Now no rubbing at all. You will have to do the same most likely but should be good to go.

    Very nice transformation!

Are the bumper cap covers that go over the chrome ends or complete replacements? plastic I assume?

these are actual replacements of the chrome. They are plastic and honestly don’t feel as durable as the chromes but i love the look much better. Had to remove front bumper completely to install them.

If you YouTube search “replacing the front bumper on 2019 tundra” there are some helpful videos for removal. The TSS wasn’t too hard to swap out from what I remember. Pretty much a plug and play. They are a little more loose fitting on the new caps than they were the old, but for a year now I have had zero issues with them. Reinstalling the bumper was the most difficult part. I did it solo but it would be so much easier with a second set of hands. Good luck!
