Just a quick question: found a guy selling 2019 black TSS 20" wheels (no tires) for $600. They are in great condition. I have a 2018. Not sure if the TMPS sensors are included, but I figured I could probably use mine since my truck only has 25K miles. Seems like a good deal, just wanted to see what you gentlemen think. Thanks!

a couple of hundred more bucks and you can have kickass aftermarket wheels...... just to give you an idea, i sold my stock wheels and tires off a 2018 limited for 450

I think its a good deal even though I paid $1k for my set of TSS wheels with KO2's (2 were newish and 2 were 30% left). I don't love the KO2's but can't swap them until they wear down more.

Okay deal, they sell anywhere from $400 to $600. Your TPMS will fit.

You're absolutely right, I just haven't seen any that I like as much as the TSS wheels, even though they are semi-stock wheels haha. I like more of the stock look anyways...no plans on ever lifting or even touching my suspension.

Trick is, if I get them, I'll have to hide them...my better half will never let me hear the end of it if I use engagement ring money on new wheels haha

Seems a little high to me. I don't think I could ever get $600 for them down here in San Antonio. There must be 4 or 5 sets for sale here on offer up. I'd say offer $400. When I sell mine, I'll probably only get $300-$350, if that.

I know that these wheels are quite pricey if you were to order from Toyota, but that's all OEM wheels. Heck, a 16 inch Nissan OEM wheel for my wife's Rogues probably runs $250. Nobody is ever willing to pay that unless you just need one or two..

    Location, location, location....

TSS wheels are hard to come by up north and in the Midwest, so their value will be higher here. ;)

I can't tell from your avatar but as long as you don't have steel wheels your TMPS will work.
I have TSS wheels on my 2014 SR5.
They are actually the only TSS part I have left.
Love the wheels, but don't like the +55 offset with my stock pocket flares.
If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have got the pocket flares.

I don't think the price is too bad.
I'd offer $500 (cash and meet this weekend) and see what they say..

If you can't afford it, don't buy it.

Not bad if you like them. Always make a lower offer.

I am partial to them as well. Think I paid $850 with stock tires, minus one center piece and lugs.

Sorry, another 13 hour work day..
    I'm easily confused..

Another inch or so of offset and they would look fine..

What about wheel spacers to push them out?

I've gone back and forth on wheel spacers for 4 years.
For every positive thing I read, I find a negative about them.
My ext warranty (that I never have used) runs out in December.
I might give them a shot then...

I still say them wheels are overpriced. Not my call. If you like em, buy em. Here is my truck with factory pocket flares, and factory TSS wheels. They are definitely nice, and much better than any other factory offering, but one of these days I definitely need to beef up the stance.

You're right, after looking around a bit I was able to find some decent deals on wheels in the Texas/Louisiana area. I'll make the guy an offer and see where it goes.

I do have the steel wheels...you're saying the sensors will not work? I'm not too familiar with how the whole TMPS interchange works.

And no, I would never hide anything from her...she's too good of a woman and choosing material things over her trust would never be worth it. I told her about the wheel deal last night (she was not thrilled about it haha). But thanks for looking out, man.

The TPMS sensors in the steel wheels are angled differently than ones that go in the aluminum wheels. From what I hear, most places will just tell you that you need new ones because they aren't compatible.**

** Technically I believe they can be installed, but you run the risk of busting them off when tires are being mounted/dismounted or when you get a flat. If the installer doesn't know about it and/or isn't careful enough, you run into issues.
