Ever since last year when Toyota announced the coming of the LandCruiser Heritage Edition, I was determined to purchase the special BBS bronze rims that come with it so that I could put them on my AG Tundra Pro. I would salivate just thinking how awesome the bronze would look on the Army Green.....
But after numerous attempts, it looks like these wheels can only be purchased if you are an owner of a Heritage Edition LC. SUCKS! Anyone looking to purchase these wheels must provide a VIN # and in some cases, pictures showing damage to the wheel(s).

With that said, any Heritage Edition owners in here want to sell me their wheels. LOL

It's a shady move. Especially if Toyota is reading this right now. In which case I would never do anything like what is being suggested............................ o_O

I think he was kidding because it's highly unlikely it would have worked. But i guess it's the thought that counts?

Just buy the pro wheels and get them powdercoated. Probably can do it for cheaper.

OP already has an Army Green Pro. I guess he's tired or bored of the color of his Pro wheels.

Just have the pro wheels powder coated. They’re the same wheels different color.

    Function before sparkle.
Contact Slee Offroad. They’ve kitted a few Heritage Cruisers and have replaced the wheels. They may be able to connect your or hook you up.

I clicked on the SparkParts link and put the quantity at 4, and pressed add to cart without adding any VIN number. I was able to get as far as the checkout page with the shipping info. The last step would've been to put my credit card info in, but with a total of $2,296.93, I am going to have to have you try that for your self to see if it works . LOL

Did that. Got an email shortly thereafter and was told that these wheels require a HE Vin #. Went with some other dealership not Sparks.

I’ve heard of that option. But does it actually work? Also the fact that it’s lying, I’ll just stick with my oem’s.

It's also mentioned in the second comment on this thread. Seems lots of us do it for things Toyota says we can't have since we didn't buy a TRD model.

But the VIN has to be registered to an owner. If you plug-in a VIN of a LC Heritage that is based elsewhere (Asia, Russia, Europe) do you think it will work?

The TRD Pro VIN I used for my sway bar was on a truck on a lot in Ohio I think, not sure about another country, maybe? It's just a website check.

Old thread! But these wheels are the business! They're just so expensive... Inching close to Volk wheels.

Looking at some TE37 for my 100 series. But damn, like the Heritage Wheels, they’re a pretty penny too!

How much are you guys willing to pay for a brand new set of 4 in the box sealed?

They only made 1200 heritage editions so supply or access to a vin number of the 1200 is very difficult and would prob get busted since there’s so few to check

I feel like in an auction they’d fetch 3-4x their retail price or am i wrong?
