Hello all, I’m getting the suspension parts together to lift my truck. It’s pretty much going to be a mall queen with some off-road camping and light trails. Kind of in the mode of buy once cry once and I’ve settled on Fox 2.5 front and rear. Owners who have the DSC do you think it would be a worthwhile upgrade. Price difference would be about $500. Input would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't have that shocks but I do have King shocks and my regret is I didn't bought the ones with compression adjusters. In fact, I'm planning on retrofitting the Fox DSC adjusters to my King shocks. Will definitely need custom hoses made. With the DSC, you may end up spending a lot of time on trails.

I am loving the set up. Just about 1000 miles on it so far and doing well. I enjoy it over stock quite a bit. I think I follow you on Instagram, if you got them from accutune.

I have 2.5 Icons w/o resi, i regret not getting the resi w/adjusters. In the future when the shocks are worn out, instead of rebuilding them, i my replace with triple bypass shocks.

No regrets dude. Yours is still a huge upgrade over OEM.

I had kings without adjusters on my Taco and it was great. This time I wanted something even better.

Call accutune offroad. They can valve the non adjustable shocks to fit your needs better. Reservoirs are overkill for the pavement

If you have the spare change go for it, sounds like it's a waste of money for how you'll use it. Adjusters in my experience have very limited use since they only adjust compression. My tundra has kings with adjusters and my 4runner has fox with adjusters, and I think they're a waste of space. Cranking the knob slightly helps to prevent bottoming out, but the difference isn't enough to give confidence to drive much faster plus you still end up with uncontrollable rebound. Just my $.02, more of a gimmick and I'd rather spend the money getting the shocks custom valved.

EDIT: just realized OP already bought shocks, nevermind :D

Don’t Fox have High/Low speed rebound adjustments? I know King is high speed compression only.

Yes the DSC is high and low speed while kings adjusters are mid speed only.

High and low speed compression unless I'm mistaken. Don't know of anyone that has adjustable rebound.
