    My dad turns 65 this fall and my brothers and I have no idea what to get him. Any suggestions? Pretty much all he seems to be into these days is working on his garden.

    Someone once told me, "If you're looking for a gift for someone that is passionate about a certain thing, don't buy them a gift that relates to their passion unless they have specifically mentioned wanting it. You often end up buying something gimmicky that they wouldn't really want.". And that is why I regret telling anyone in my family that I was really into hot sauce. Though, it didn't really hurt when all they could think of to get me was beer.

    Get him a gift you guys can share together. Maybe a chartered fishing trip or a weekend golf getaway. At his age he probably has whatever he wants or needs. Time with his boys is probably a gift he will never forget.
