I’m picking up a 2021 4x4 limited with stick wheel size 20”. Can I run 20x10 with 35’s without run and cutting. I’ll be doing a 4-4.5 inch lift

I see that you are new to the Tundras.com forum, so welcome. You want to install 35's on 20x10 wheels after installing a 4 to 4.5" lift and you want to know if you will have to do any "cutting". Presumably, your 20x10 wheels will have an offset less then neg 20. No, you do not have to do any cutting, but your bumper will probably be cutting your tires. Your tires will absolutely be hitting the inside of the front fender wells and/or bumper lip when cranking the wheel over. It is also likely, that at that height, your tires will be hitting the body mounts at the back of the front wheel wells. I installed a 6" lift, 35's, 20x10 wheels with -22 offset and they rubbed on the front fender well when the wheel was cranked over. So yes, in your proposed configuration, you will have some cutting to do.

I have a 3 inch with 35's and no rubbing at all. Plan to go 37's. Had to remove the skid plate ends and front fender liners that's it

    Edit: Wheel offset is +18

Lots of people say yes and lots say no. I'm in the group that says "no".
If you do get it to work without rubbing or cutting then I'm sure it will look like you forgot to do "leg day"..Lol, Just do a 6 inch and be done with it.

No rubbing, but on some 6 inch lifts for the Tundra, There is some plastic in front of the tires that may need to be heated with a heat gun and pushed in slightly.

Yea that's my 18. Toytec lift if you're thinking of going 3 inch

If you're wanting 4.5 inch I'd recommend BDS

The new Toytec aluma series coilovers are so damn nice! The ride is a little firm, but they perform amazingly both off road and on, not surprising considering they are made by Elka. They also look great and will hold up to the elements far better than the ever popular Bilstein 6112/5160 combos.

    OP, Welcome from CT

Love the look of this setup. It's got the right proportions of Bigger and Badass. If I was going 35's+ with anything other than stock wheels, I would definitely go with a 6" lift.
