Could it be any lower quality? Feels like I’m watching it on the screen of a 2003 Nokia mobile phone.

Didn’t mean to hurt yer feelers there, Art. I’m sure that when they drop it for real, it won’t have the 720p-compressed-even-further-for-Facebook vibes.

Reminds me of waiting for a video to buffer back in the dial-up days.

Based off the pics I have a feeling Toyota looked at the most Bro'd out Insta accounts, and designed the Tundra for them (ex tuner guys from 2004 that graduated from Civics to Tacomas, and then Tundras)

No feelings here. Lol. it's a video from a phone and then from IG and then uploaded to YouTube.
I'm sure it's a spy pic from the event.
It just amazing me how people find things to complain about. this thread is about the 2022 Tundra, not low quality video. look away, lol.

    So far, it all SUCKS.
SUCKS if it looks like a Ford
SUCKS if it looks like a Chevy
SUCKS if it looks like everything else.
SUCKS the front end looks aborted, over bitten and gaped.
    SUCKS if it doesn't have a V8.
SUCKS if it has a V6.
SUCKS if we can't just get some real f'n info on it.
SUCKS because it might actually be BMW too. Yikes again, f'n Stupra (Stupid supra)
WTF TOYOTA, the next gen is SUCKING pretty bad right now, I hope that there is actually a truck somewhere in the near future that is not someone else's copycat.
    Ok
    Rant over
I'm done watching this thread, and the horrible SUCKING of stupid media, and teasing shit photos.

    but,
    I Loved my 02' & 06'
    I love my 17'
    I love my SC'd V8
    I love my 17-19 mpg
I love my loud and nasty DD exhaust
I love my 1st gen brothers and sisters
I love my 2nd and 3rd gen brothers and sisters.
I love Tundras.com for letting me get all that off my mind.

Do you mean like complaining about other people’s posts that you don’t like?

The video of the alleged 2022 Tundra is of low resolution.
    Relevant? Check.
    True? Check.
That big of a deal? Not really. It’ll all be revealed in time. So far, I’m stuck between thinking it could be amazing and glad I got what could potentially be the last of the v8s.

People complaining about the resolution of that video when it was posted about a month ago with much better resolution. It might even be linked in this thread somewhere.

I don’t think the original was much better at all. There are screenshots, but the original video seems to have been scrubbed from the internet.

Now that you mention the video and its resolution, have I told you how bad it is?

I don’t think it looks like anything I’ve seen before? Hard to say from 1/4 photo what the whole package is going to look like?? But I think it’s going to be a bold total make over that many are looking for.

Haha, I know this sounds crazy, but I upgraded to the 2500HD about a month ago. The front end was the one thing I was not crazy about either.

I get stopped all the time at gas station, store, etc... People are always saying they love the Chevy otruck and especially the front end. I bet in a month I have had at least 15 people comment on how much they liked the truck and it is by far the best looking Chevy to date. I wish I was lying, but I am really not!

I probably had 5 or so people in 2 years say how sharp and how much they like the Tundra.

I hate to say it, but we must be the atypical crazy people on this Tundra forum.

If Toyota would make anything even middle ground in relation to payload compared to a 3/4 ton I would jump back in. 1,156 payload compared to 3,650 in the Chevy.473F1077-F439-4E00-90E9-AA40F688A975.jpg

It's really grown on me. Especially the interior and MPG and power. 570lb ft of torque and 430hp. 0-60 5.3 seconds. And the nicest interior I have seen on a truck to date.

Selling the Tundra. Will put on the forum in the coming days. Already have alot of interest in town, but thought I'd give it a shot online too. My Tundra build on this 2019 totaled about 20k with labor. 14k miles.

Yeah don't get this at all.

I have reservations and even skepticism about the new Tundra, but you looked at camo-ed up spy photos and decided to trade in your Tundra for an F150 hybrid instead of waiting a few months to see what Toyota (the King of hybrids) has up their sleeve. Well what can I say except:

    Bless Your Heart!
