No idea, but you can tell in the pictures it is 3D printed so you'll have striations/lines from the printer that are visible unless you fill it, sand it, then prime/paint it. Outside of that, who knows... It won't work on my truck because of the "Safety Connect" button and moonroof controls. If/when I get around to a SwitchPro, I'll end up making the mount that @Bob_Wiley @needsmoresalt 3D printed (at least I think that was who did it).

Loving my wireless charger. I kind of wish it didn’t automatically come on whenever you start the truck though. I’d rather turn it on whenever I need it.

Instead of thinking of your age as years think of them as levels. This year I am level 55, and thats pretty successful in any game.

AJT Chrome delete finally finished after the climate knobs came in today. Still waiting on the V3 shifter knob back order. Also did the SEM trim paint to the center console. Picture shading looks crappy vs in person. 5 coats later...

Diode Dynamics SS3 pro amber fogs came in today. Will knock that out one of these days

Well crap, I was looking for an excuse for 6112s whenever they get back in stock. Thanks man, I have read good things about Coopers.

That’s my main concern is the amount of extra work to make it look factory. Luckily blackie only has the moon roof controls so the SOS feature shouldn’t be an issue. I have a 3D file from someone on the forums, I forget who that is more or less a blank.

Now to convince the wife I need to dabble in 3D printing and mock up my own version...

    thanks for your help

Sounds like you found a solution already, but how long were you needing? Next time take a look at www.probolt-usa.com. They sell Al anodized hardware in a lot of different head styles and lengths. I don't have any experience with they're Al stuff, but have used some of their Ti bolts on my dirt bike, never had any problems and high quality hardware (albeit expensive...).

No plans on going into business. I’ll let the other guy do that. But I might have a few that prints that a guy could fill, prime, and paint on his own. ;)

I took a fair amount of snarky comments from here when I said same thing and add a mini rocker switch. Use it all the time, BTW.

Not good for off road, and the ride is a bit stiffer, but the truck can take a turn like a race car now. The rear bar helped a bunch. Truck used to handle like a boat. The front bar takes it on to the next level.
Worth it? Yes! Relatively inexpensive and easy to install.
It depends a lot on what you plan to do with the truck though. If you don’t also have a Taco or T4R for off roading, might need to reconsider.
