Your brother should go see a chiropractor for that neck pain on the left side of his neck since the accident...and make sure the insurance company knows. He doesn't need a lawyer, they just need to be advised that a low ball is not appreciated and that info will do it. They will offer a settlement too...no lawyers involved. I f$#king HATE insurance companies...

Fuck that. The accident wasn't his fault. He needs to push for more money. I know our society is quick to sue but there are certain times I'm all for using a lawyer. Your brother shouldn't lose money because someone else screwed up.

Yeah I saw it after I posted. I'm still not sure I would be happy getting the absolute low end of what KBB says it's worth. The insurance got off easy there.

Well. We’re keeping the car. If I hadn’t kept it I got them up to 6100

but still for 6100, I won’t get a car that’s this sorted out. The rack alone was 750 bucks. Plus a couple hundred in axles, and 500 in tires

May tackle the master cylinder this weekend. I picked up the $3 gasket from my local dealer. Figured it was better than me trying to make one and screwing it up.

Couldn’t find the ‘extra’ Bleeder, but came across everything else which I’ll share some pics later.

Did the next best thing and snapped a shot of the Prop Bleeder and the Front Caliper 13WL Bleeders and they look the same. I remember having a hard time in research and gave up on the Prop Valve, but then decided to put on new WL Calipers And saw that they fit and ordered another pair? Or, the old WE swapped over making my life easier?

Either way, the Prop and Rear Drums are definitely NOT the same. Maybe crawl under your truck and confirm.

@FrenchToasty I’m leaning towards the Prop Bleeder being of the WE size. Almost positive I removed the WE and sized it up at the Prop and got all tingly.

The WL and WE are similar in size and the pics may confuse. Maybe buy both and return the other after the work.

I think I will do that, I think the front and prop valve are both the 7mx1.0 but just the over all length is a mil different.

I acquired more tools for the master cylinder job today. Apparently we have to buy 2 of these kits because they only put 1 fitting in there that works. @Darkness gave me that tip and it was confirmed by reading the reviews on another website. I just wish the tubing was clear so I could see the air bubbles.

The only tool I don't have is a pair of snap ring pliers so I'm wondering if there is a creative way of getting that snap ring off. In the video he used a pair of needle nose pliers so I'll start there.

Maybe two 90 degree Allen’s and pinch with needle nose, it’s going to take the SE Himalayan hand technique to pull it off, so be careful

Does anyone know as to maybe why when I start my truck it warms up and drives and idles perfect. But whenever I park it for 20 mins or so and start it up, it idles super rough but no check engine light? It only idles rough after starting it after it has sat a little. I just heard a bad head gasket could cause that but it just doesn't make sense.

    Leaking injectors can cause this

basically by flooding the cylinder that has a leaking injector

Sounds like Bad Fuel Pump Symptoms. Do your own research and report back.

My truck is nearing the mileage (170k plus idling) that some of the reviewers at the Denso Store experienced problems. Looking at getting proactive on the replacement sometime soon as my PHM Mojo Radar Decoder is tingling about this one. No problems currently, butt...

Off topic post coming. I swear we are getting less intelligent as a species. Did you guys see the video of the couple that was murdered in PA over a snow shoveling dispute? It was absolutely savage.

Then I read this story. You might be able to get away with this prank in some states but there are a lot of us in Tennessee that carry guns. What a terrible decision.
