I tried the radio pause button on FM on the way home. Worked great. Now if I plan things just right I can avoid missing good stuff while I'm driving through the tunnel going back and forth from home to work.

FYI, it’s supposedly possible to make your 12v outlets constant hot, though I haven’t tried it myself. https://www.tundras.com/posts/1300004

I have a 2019 as well. On my truck it's on the touch screen. It's a little arrow on the right side of the screen, but I think it only works when you are getting HD signal. Found a google pic of a radio and circled the button. It will pop up a menu you can use to pause or rewind.

Ahhhh, that's why. I don't think Canada believed in HD, so we didn't pursue it. We have 14 channels across all of Canada and doesn't look like any are local.

If you want to sit and listen to the radio after you have shut the truck off, push the start button without your foot on the brake. It will power up the accessories like the radio and the power ports. It will shut back off in around 15 minutes. Just do it again if you need more time.

I hate watching my gas mileage go down while sitting and idling in a parking lot waiting on someone, but still wanting the music on.

I thought the same thing but I didn't work for me, at least for Sirius. I drive through two tunnels to/from work, one about 30 seconds and the other about 45 seconds long. I hit the pause just before I entered the first tunnel and again when I exited. It came right back on, but about 30 seconds later it cut out for about 30 seconds, then came back. Apparently all it did was delay the interruption by the amount of time I was out of signal. Kinda makes sense, the signal was interrupted, so there was nothing to play back after I un-paused it. No biggie, I haul ass through the tunnels anyways just so I can hear the exhaust bouncing off the walls.

Yes, you have to think about how it works. If you go through a tunnel, you're not getting a signal during that time, period. So there is no way to avoid a break in the signal. I like the idea for when I am listening to something interesting on the radio and receive a call. I can do the radio pause while I have my phone conversation and then resume listening to the radio without missing anything.

Same here. It's the first feature I showed my wife when we test drove the truck. She was, and is, quite happy that they do this.

It is a clip to hold a parking lot stub or business card or the like. My wife's Ford Fusion had them also.

Well, there you go. I've never owned a Chevy. My grandfather had a 1993 K1500, which I don't believe had any 12V outlets. Certainly, we never had a reason to use them if it did when I was visiting him.

Watch "The Straight Pipes" on YouTube. Couple Guys in Canada that do entertaining reviews, and they do a visor test in all the cars. Some slide, some don't.

Havent read through all of this, so probably already mentioned but I had no idea you could pull up the back headrests and fold them down. I've been cleaning the back window around the headrests forever.

Just realized that when I take a call in my 2017 it pauses the radio! Both local and xm are paused and resume after I end the call.

I may've posted this already, but if my phone is connected to the radio's Bluetooth and a call comes in, it's taken through the radio...even when the radio is turned off. Scared the crap out of me one day when it rang...

On the left side of the steering wheel where you turn your lights on/off, depending on which direction you move it (up/down) it turns on these blinking lights on your truck to tell people when you will turn or change lanes.
