Took the entire dashboard apart this weekend
Sprayed the silver trim around the climate controls and radio
Also sprayed those plastic trim pieces pretending to be blued steel that separate the upper and lower sections of the dashboard
No more chrome/silver/blue in or out except the climate controls and head unit ( thats next)
My wife even cut me a vinly circle on her crikut machine to black out the keyhole on the gloveboxB72856B5-FB81-4BC3-9EC8-B80ACF2945B5.jpg281BEAE6-BDBB-4106-A21D-653BC5E51439.jpg6433B916-6EE8-4B19-A431-08C242FE80F9.jpg481822A8-C59E-43AD-B742-35059D14D5D9.jpg

    Alot of them
Don't mount horns on the roof. They are designed to be mounting facing the rear to prevent water intrusion into the diaphragm.....not to mention that it would look like crap.

Do you have a wide-angle shot that shows your entire dash? I'm interested in doing the same thing, but the jury is still out for me if I will like the overall look.

The first set I purchased off Amazon caused the same issue with my key fob (Autogine). I wasn’t able to lock or unlock the truck if the cargos light were on. If I turned the cargo lights off from the inside, it would work again. I definitely wanted to fix this issue before the Alaskan winter hit.

I decided to purchase another set (Marsauto) and they worked great….no more key fob issues. These are the ones that did work: https://amzn.to/3xTns6H

Most likely going to copy @BlueBottle for the location of the camera and the switches.

@BlueBottle , Do you recall the drill bit size needed for the switches?

Mine might be sitting for a while. Had shoulder surgery in May and just had my 8 week follow up today. The Dr. told me I still can't lift anything over 5lbs for another 2 months :frusty:. Got a few mods pending right now. Probably looking at mid September for my install at this point.

Correct. From what I've seen from a few other members posts that have done it, whatever color your truck is, that's the color under the black vinyl tape.

My truck sat outside in the sun and 80 degree weather that particular day so I just peeled a bottom corner up and continued peeling. Came off in pretty large pieces. If I used a heat gun it may have made it even smoother coming off. Cleaned up any residue with some wax and detail cleaner.
