@doggiecareman Ha Ha HA. The Line-X prices scared you off. They did to me as well. I actually sprayed my own bed with the item pictured below. Although it came out great. It was nothing like the Line-X truck beds that I have seen. I use my bed a lot for camping, etc. So the Dupli-Color Truck Bed Coating wasn't as durable as I would have liked. I sprayed it in April, and I have some light scratches in it, and its only been months. I would recommend it if you are not going to use the bed as often as I do. Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

Might use that and go with a BedRug Liner. Too many choices lol.

I try to DIY pretty much everything.
    He is correct.
Raptor Liner is the only home kit I would use and it is about $200.
Add in the prep work and lifetime warranty on most spray in liners.
They are well worth having someone else do it.
I have Vortex liners in both my trucks and at $400 each worth every penny.

Can you or anyone else compare/contrast between Vortex, Rhino Linings, Line-X, etc? Cost vs durability vs warranty...?

Line X is certainly the superior product, the Vortex and Bullet being about the same and with Rhino being the last.
As for cost the Line X is the most with Vortex and Bullet in the middle and Rhino usually being cheaper.

If I were a contractor or someone that constantly had rocks and tools and crap being used daily in the back of my truck I would spend the extra money on Line X.

I just use mine for regular everyday stuff. Bikes, kayaks, fishing equipment, off-road recovery gear.
    I’ll
Also haul mulch, compost, and some gravel on occasion. Scoop it out with shovels.
    My Vortex still looks great.

Bullet liner was $600. Lifetime warranty. I got the extra UV protection since I’m in Florida. The guy who invented Linex started bullet liner after he sold linex and waited out his non compete clause. It’s better than the factory spray in liners I’ve seen on F-150 fleet vehicles at work. My last truck had a plastic drop in liner. It served it’s purpose for me for 17 years.

I worked for a guy once who had a Rhino dealership. No direct experience with the stuff, but I thought the product was inferior, too soft.

Looks awesome! Do you have considerable experience with painting with a spray gun?

After having line x in my work truck for the past 5 years it was the first thing I had done to my new tundra. The premium with UV protection was just a tad over 600$. I wouldnt put my money anywhere else, that's just me though. Its going to be way more durable than any kit you can buy. Project Farm on YouTube has a comparison of the kits you can purchase.
