When I said "don't touch it" like don't clean it. They literally didn't touch it. It had the factory door plastic guards on it, all the xm, built in texas, window, and manufacturing sourcing stickers on it. Tyger industry running boards arrive tomorrow and I'm still debating a bed cover.

 

Just traded in my white '20 TRD Pro for this one this evening. I'd stumbled across a dealer with it incoming on allocation and put a deposit on it about 6 weeks ago while looking for a new 4Runner for my wife.

Just out of curiosity, where did you pick it up at. I feel like I know the nationwide inventory in that time frame since I was looking everywhere around then lol

 

Central Michigan. Dealer didn't show it incoming online, but happened to mention it when they called to follow up on my inquiry about the 4runner. I'd previously checked with every dealer showing a lunar rock or MGM within 200 miles and none were available.

I’d be curious to know what the production numbers for the TRD pro‘s are for each color and year accordingly? I know from in the past that those statistics are not easily gleaned from Toyota.

I've reached out to the one person that I've seen has posted that information in the past, but got crickets in response...

 

I would guess 2021 MY would be the lowest produced given the last year or stuff.

Just brought her home and couldn’t be happier with my first Pro and fourth Tundra overall - Build date 8/2 Delivery date to Idaho 9/2

 

Just spent the day giving its first buff job with Griots correction cream. Added the first coat Ceramic spray.

 

Went shooting this morning with the LRDC. Had to slum it at the rock pit because most everything else is closed due to fire danger. Luckily not too many idiots on scene today. Got the tires a little dirty as a bonus

 

Wowzers that's shiny. I'm over here barely scraping the bug guts off the window.

I'm about 1 month away from my 1 year anniversary. I'll probably treat her to an automatic car wash. Maybe even a vacuum.

 

I need to clean these gnats from Lake Pend Orielle off the front end…

 

A few weeks back I was posting about my options not showing up for port despite then being on the truck at arrival and not installed by dealer.

So here is the window sticker. It shows an independent distributor of Toyota installing them. They are warrantied for 3/ 36k just like others. The prices are a little higher on some and lower on others.

Anyone seen this before? Maybe a southern thing ?

 

Normal. The "options" on the Pro are port/distributor or dealer installed and vary by region. I ordered mine with an handful of options and all were installed at Southeast Toyota (port/distributor) before it was shipped to the dealer.

 

Which correcting cream? They have a few different ones I see. How many steps, which pads, etc… I’m waiting until fall/winter to do my truck. Too damn hot right now but have created my shopping list.

 

Man seeing everyone enjoy there trucks is great.I must have gotten a friday truck.Drove the truck 400 miles home from the dealership. Then 1 week later its in the shop.Leaking rear shock and now waiting on a rear diff part!

 

I just use the moderate cream. And use there G8 buffer with the yellow 2 inch pad. Yeah I could switch to the 6 inch pad with my other buffer but I prefer just to stay with the 2 inch especially with tight areas. Then I use there Ceramic spray 3 in 1 wax. Let it sit over night in my garage and do another coat of spray. I first used it on my 2020 AG 4runner Pro and came out awesome. I think it came out even better on my LunaRock Pro.

 

That's unfortunate. I have 2 things I'm bringing to attention at first oil change.

1. Tighten up the parking brake, it slides down my driveway fully engaged.
2. Center console driver's side gap. Looks like it's not snapped in right.

 

I figured. They did a great job and all the options are fitted well. No "Tundra" bed stamp for the liner though .
