Holy crap really? 6.5 should be perfect for me, but i can see the 8 foot being a huge win for a number of people.

The TRD Off-road package comes with the TRD grill. You can see it on both a Limited and a 1794 that were part of the initial reveal.

And yeah, a color match grill surround option would be great. Or even pick whatever color you want.

So would adding a 5th wheel hitch be a no go in these trucks on acct of the composite box?

With metal boxes you could never have any plastic, like a bed liner, between the rails and the metal box, only metal on metal. This is different but just curious.

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.

E trailer has 5th wheel hitches for gm's with composite beds, so it should be fine. Its a worry of mine 2.

Good find! Man, I like the look of the new truck more and more. Gen 2/2.5 was still a good looking truck, but I’m digging the Gen 3.

Basically all the packages in the Toyota line are appearance packages.

If you consider upgraded shocks, multi-terrain select, crawl control, and a locking differential ‘appearance’.

Yeah the new one has a few more specific and actually useful features but the gen 2.5 is just an appearance package. The "upgraded" shocks are still factory shocks that will wear out around 60,000 miles like all Toyota shocks do.

This looks really good, as much as I love the v8 I’m looking forward to great mileage when I’m not towing. Just wondering if there is a feature for the Pro with the 110v inverter where it can handle charging a camper battery. I understand that you can’t run the camper off (was hoping that it could) it but perhaps it can charge it. Also dig the fact that on downhills it charges the on board battery. Does anyone know if the Pro suspension is a lift or is it additional suspension travel, how much +1”? Are the other suspension components (minus shocks) and (lift) the same for the standard TRD vs the Pro? I remember in one of the photos they released the Pro had aluminum suspension parts unlike welded stamped or pressed metal parts that will come on the lower models. Also wish they would hurry up with the Prices, MPG specs and 0-60 for their lineups. Come on Toyota you can do it!!!!!!!

I had a 2002 Tundra that had about 167,000 on the clock when it was totaled. Still had the original shocks and they were still ok.

I've watched so many videos anyone remember what trims can get the Heads Up Display? Thinking just the platinum and 1794? Not sure if it's an option on the limited?

Just drove my wife's acadia and used it on the entire trip. Loved having it
