Since TRD Pro is based on the Limited, it is missing many features such as memory seats, ambient and footwell lights, rear heated seats, rear side window sunshade, digital rear view mirror, trailer backup assist……

What exactly do you do with a $100k pickup? “Pro” implies you are making money using this. Are you really getting one of these to haul plywood?

The Pro is and always has been the off roading trim. That's why it's leveled and has a better suspension. SR is the work truck trim.

As a kid growing up in Canada we had milk in bags with a special container to hold them. It was a plastic turquoise jug with a handle. It was shaped like a oval but quite thin. Haven't had milk in bags since I was about 10. I didn't know you could still get them and I'm sure the bags weren't that safe to hold milk, all those chemicals leaching into it lol

LOL, I don't think we have chemicals leaching into our bag milk and the bags a very strong. You could wail one across a room and it wouldn't break.

I remember moving to Ontario in the mid 90s and a 2 litre carton of milk was $4 but 4 litres (bagged) was $2.99. Easy decision.

I have bought 8 brand new vehicles so far. Never paid msrp but this time dealers won't sell tundra under msrp. I ended up ordering sr5 offroad last night. Was gonna buy a limited offroad but personally not a huge fan of panosunroof. Plan to keep the truck for a long time and don't want any headache..

Is anyone thinking of ordering a crewmax SR 4x4? Considering I'm trying to find a list of features this trim has. The two luxury features I'm looking for are cruse control and A/C. My assumption is the SR trim has both, but I'd like to see a list.

Limited off road comes with 18” wheels in Canada, but with 20” wheels in the US, wondering why the difference?

Because Canadians know 20" wheels are a stupid choice on an off road package?

In all seriousness, no idea. All the trucks are built in the same plant so there doesn't seem to be any reason why the packages should be different.

You can place Canadian orders now? When did they say the new truck will land?

Order placed for a Limited without off road pkg because I prefer a smoother ride, the salesman said hopefully 3 months.

Depends on what you order i guess mine is sr5 offroad.. Im sure it will be the most common and poluar on
I wanted limited too but I don't want to have a panosunroof. It looks nice but you could potentially have lots of issues. I can't stand squeak or rattle from my vehicle. Just personal preference.

Not the same brand but lots of people experience issues with panoroof.

I just seem stupid to me that you can go into the dealership and order but the Toyota website still only lists the 2021 Tundras.

To be honest I've actually placed an order for a 2022 Nissan Frontier Sport but I still have my eyes open. A Tundra Sport 4x4 to replace the 2020 Sport I sold.

Oh ok. Anyways my sr5 offroad comes with everything i want except 14" screen. I didnt want panoroof so i got sr5 instead. It comes with all of the offroad equipment, heated steeringwheel(which i love), heated seat power everything. All im missing is panoroof, 14"screen, leather seat(i dont like limited seat, gonna get simple black aftermarket seats), ventilated seat(don't use) , 400w outlet(useless), wireless charging, folding side mirrors.

The SR5 crewmax with TRD Offroad is what I'm looking at. Did you get the trailering features as well like straight line assist? Maybe I missed it too, but what was your price?

I got sr5 crew trd offroad 6.5 bed. I believe you get that assist if you buy the top of the line but I am not sure. I wasn't gonna use that option. I paid msrp but got extra 2-3k for my trade in. Dealers won't sell it under msrp. Msrp was around 56k plus tax pdi.

2.5 inch lift, TRD front and rear sway bars, 33 inch Open Country AT3 305/55R20 and dual TRD exhaust.
So by looking at those prices, we should really start looking at buying Canadian Tundras and exporting them to the USA.
A $56k dollar truck in Canada is still only $42,500 in the USA.

There is definitely money to be had here. Even the 1794 Edition at $74,500 is still only $55,875 in USD.

I don’t understand why so many people are against pano roof, in the past 40 yrs, all my cars have moonroof or pano roof and absolutely zero issues. With a pano roof, the cabin feels so much nicer and airy. Toyota has done moonroof for decades, I don’t think there will be a problem.

I think some are worried about the added complexity and the cost of repair if something goes wrong. As a former tech I have seen a few Venza and Camry sunroof shatter and never discovered the issue. It seems to happen of the warmest of days and with the sunshade closed. Personally my wife's Camry has a sunroof and I never use it. Most of the time the shade is closed to keep the sun out and reduce the noise level slightly.
