Windshield coverage depends on where you live, your carrier, and your specific insurance plan.

I’ve lived places where insurance wouldn’t cover windshield separately because pea gravel was used on the roads in the winter and it was pretty much impossible not to have to replace - they pumped it into comprehensive at the full deductible. Other places, they were required to provide it with no deductible as a “critical vehicle safety feature.”

Currently, on my vehicles, it’s covered in my comprehensive policy but with a $100 deductible along with all the other windows. We had to use it on my daughters car just before Christmas when someone broke into it.

I believe this is what we have in AZ. It has been on every policy I've had through different carriers and always with a $0 deductible.

What’s your total lift for the rear? Have pics of your ride? I’m running Toytec shackles now at 1.5 and adding their progressive AAL.. AAL supposed to add 1.5” by itself, but with their shackle, I’ll be at 2.5 or 3”.

Off top of my head I can’t recall exactly. Do you have factory navigation? If so, it might be tied to how you have the map view set. With “north always up” i think you get the red arrow and with “navigation view” or whatever it’s called, you get the truck.

I’m not near my truck right now, so I can’t exactly confirm that, but I think it’s something like that

Ok...same as mine. Unless you want rake, you may have to drop the shackles down to the 1 inch setting. I would install the leaf and then see what it settles at after a few weeks. Did you get new ubolts? Don't reuse the old ones.

@Spyker Hit 'Map' on the HU. When the settings blade pops out from the left of the screen, the icon at the top will cycle you through 3 different modes; two of which orient the map to your truck's direction (a 2D and 3D version of this mode), which make the icon in the dash a Tundra. The default mode leaves the map pointing north, and the dash icon is a pointer pointing to the compass direction you're travelling.

N-Fab steps, JL subs, more to come
I took the factory steps off of the Platinum today as the first step in the chrome delete. I went with some N-Fab steps for now. They will more than likely be upgraded to something a little nicer in the future but these will work for now. The chrome steps had to go and I hated how they didn't offer much footing. It seemed as though they were way too close to the body.

Color matched door handles and mirror caps will be up next.

I also added a little tri color to the grill.

I've had numerous Toyotas over the years but this one is by far my favorite. This forum has given me tons of ideas but I'm afraid the wife and my wallet are gonna hate me for it. The major mods will have to wait for a bit until I finish building the KRX.

Coolant exchange and finally installed my Mishimoto rad hoses. If you’re hesitant to drain the block don’t be - with the right extensions it was easy.

Hi lift jack, I would assume your rails are frame mounted? And not just the running board bolts. I would like to get a hi lift but have no idea where I would attach too.

Installed meso dome and map lights today, install should of been way easier then mine went which sucked. Overall light output is nice and excited to see how it looks at night.

First problem I ran into was the dome light, every time I popped the cover back on to close it back up, the led panel was popping out from the tension on one side, then once I thought I had it closed up the wiring seem to be wrong and I could only use the side buttons and the middle did nothing nor could I get it to only control half, it was all or nothing. After frustration and by accident the led panel slid out of place for the upteenth time and I decided to try the wires on opposite sides even though the shell wouldn’t close in this position, presto everything functioned correctly, at that point I flipped the whole led board around into the correct position and then buttoned it all up and worked fine and board seems to be staying in place now when pressure is applied to the case and buttons.

second delay was the overhead console I could not for the life of me get pulled off, finally when it gave way the front clips that seem to melt around the front black clips had pulled threw and no longer held the grey plastic tight against the internal black frame. So after installing the lights I ended up having to cut away the old grey round tabs, and use a screw with plastic spacers to tighten it all down that way it held the map lights down securely and or they would rattle and push up, of course both sides got over tightened just enough to make a small indent on the outside of console so that sucks. Then the black clips that mainly hold it to the bracket/roof were super loose so had to figure out a way to tighten those down as the screw is between the grey panel and black panel so that was an issue, eventually got them to tighten up snug. Snapped it all back together and everything seems solid and unnoticeable except the two small points from the screw.

Yes, they are white knuckle off road sliders with 10 1/2” bolts through the frame on each side.
As for the mount, Rago Fab makes a badass mount for the bed - Jack rides completely silent.

Decided to remove the iforce emblem and be completely de-badged. Should’ve done it a long time ago. I’ll need to polish and seal that area to remove the tiny bit of “ghosting”when the weather gets better. The new GoRino running boards should be here later this week.
