Not to start another problems thread but I just noticed this and was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
Picked up the truck last Saturday and there’s an excessive amount of moisture inside the drivers side headlight to the point it’s frozen over into a layer of frost inside the headlight. The passengers side has none.
(I know it looks like it’s on the outside but it is all internal).

Won't be the last headlamp made that experiences this. Call your dealer, it is defective. Fairly easy fix for sure.

Don't let them tell you otherwise on any of this.

That is not normal at all. Hopefully the dealer will do you right. Had that happen when I had a brand new tacoma. Bullshit thing was when the rep tried telling me it was normal. Some dealers will do the right thing and others will say the “its normal” bullshit.

What? You didn't see watercooled headlights on the list of standard features? For three years they cheated us out of transmission coolers and when they try to make it up to us by preventing overheated headlights....o_O

The only acceptable amount of moisture inside a headlamp housing is ZERO.

Not normal. Contact dealer and have it replaced. Should be fairly easy. Just have to remove the cab to access the hidden 10mm bolt…

yeah moisture in headlights is straight up defective headlight seals. No way around it.

I can soak the lights on my 19 with garden hose and it doesn't fog up like that.

Checked the passengers side today and it has the same issue. Not as bad as the drivers side. Truck going in for service Monday.

get it dealt with. I had same all the time on my old Tundra with the Taillight. Id switch anyways to Led headlights and get rid of these. Best thing i did when i got my new one.
