So driving home last night had a major ass blowout on left rear. Popped on the spare made it home. Of course the TPMS was voided out as I drove. No biggie, right?
Got up this morning to head down to the tire place to replace the spare with a new tire.
Truck starts....and every damn warning, bell, whistle, light was going off on dash.
Checked usual: doors, gas caps, hood, no wiring loose under hood...etc.
Just had a pretty thorough 100K maint done- plugs...etc- 10,000 miles back.
Turned off truck....let sit for 30 mins. Same thing. In park and when driving along.

Even after the new tire was put on I checked and the TPMS was working - all tires showed the PSI. Yet these warning lights still going ape shit crazy as I drove away.

    Truck drives fine. Any ideas?

Did the blowout take out one of your rear sonar sensors?

I have read the sensors are not fond of cold, it says 11 degrees, that's pretty cold.

Sounds like a broken abs or speed sensor wire/plug.

Rear parking sensors are intact as is the wiring/connections. No signs of any foreign object slamming up underneath.
This truck has driven in very cold temps ( Minus teens) all winter with no issues.

Also checked the ABS sensor and plug connect under wheel that was blown and all seems OK.

I had something similar on my 4Runner and it turned out to be worn alternator brushes.

Scan it? Check the codes. If nothing too crazy unhook the battery and let it sit for 15 and reconnect.

My bet is on the battery; same thing happened to me (minus the tire blowout) a few weeks ago. Hopefully the tire issue is a coincidence and a new battery will fix your problems

Yeah my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. There was nothing else that indicated low battery - truck started fine. I cleaned the terminals (there was a lot of corrosion on the battery posts). That helped for a few weeks. Then it happened again and I changed the battery to an optima yellow top. No problems since. And this seems to be a common issue with the stick batteries.

well, his issue came after the tire blew. Seems logical that debris or tire chunks from blowing hit the rear wheel speed sensor or ripped a wire. Id check there in addition to the battery. Damage is not always visible right away. Sensor might be out.

My battery just died this weekend. Started fine in the morning. Parked it a couple hours and went to start nothing. Only wierd electrical indications I was getting my keyhead transmitter would sometimes not lock the car until lights went out. Got a jump and it wouldn't keep running if headlights on. Limped to parts store with everything shut off. Hoped to get an X2 but was told had to order and would take 1-2 weeks so I went with a Group 24F AGM instead. Battery clamp on order from @Coupe. Picked up a GM diode for $4 at O'Reilly. Should be GTG.

    I concur…

Your symptoms are extremely similar to what my 2017 4Runner did OP when the wheel speed sensor wire broke. No traction control, no 4x4, no ABS… My was broke during a simply tire change and a blowout could easily break that harness.

Well, this is the proverbial conundrum. Battery and alternator are OK .
Yesterday I took it to my local Toyota service center, and they were yammering on about how I may need to have a body shop replace the parking sonars on rear bumpers as they have been damaged. WTF? Wrong-- no damage to these and wiring connections are spot on.
I figured truck should be under some warranty thus reason I went to dealership.
I mentioned the ABS /speed controls on all 4 tires....did they check them? they said yes. No codes came back.

    So as of now:
No cruise control, no blind spot monitor. Instrument cluster warning lights still lit up like Vegas.
Front and rear parking sonars seem to work fine.
    4WD works.
All HVAC working. Crappy JBL head unit working.

So, this morning I took it to a Toyota guy down the street from my office who's been doing my oil changes, etc. Hopefully he can get this BS nailed down.

Weird. No codes but all the stuff lit up on the dash. Doesn't make any sense.

These things literally freak the hell out if voltages aren’t all checking out right. My battery crapped out at 2 years also and these same lights were present as the battery was shitting itself, even though it checked out “OK” as did the alternator. Replaced the battery with an X2 and the problems all just went away.

No previous warning signs of anything wrong at all… got into my truck this morning & seems like every light on my dash is on and blinking. Also, speedometer isn’t working. Not sure if this is the same issue you have or not, but I’m curious to see how yours turns out. I guess I’ll have to take mine in tomorrow morning to see if the dealership can tell me anything

Have you checked under the hood for any possible wiring damage from rodents?

Taking it to yet another shop on Thursday.
Also, another mystery since this whole damned thing began: I've noticed when I fill up the tank the mileage reset has always said "430 miles" or something close to that. Now when I fill up its shot up to 582 miles !
No way in hell this thing gets that kind of mileage on one tank.

same here bud… same here… everything is reset and flashing. What scared me at first is I thought my 4wd was on and that I had been driving without recognizing it was on. Thought maybe one of my kids had turned my 4wd knob. Then I realized it was everything. But yeah.. mileage, mpg, trip, all that reset. Abs, brake, 4wd, tire pressure, etc.. all on or blinking
