When to replace spark plugs?

    Recently purchased my truck with 80k miles and assuming plugs haven't been changed. How often should plugs be replaced?

    Toytec Boss coilover, Ray10’s ,Ridge Grapplers,Bilstein 5100,BAM 8”,TRD sway,
    I did mine at 108k. Fairly easy. Just make sure you have right socket wrench and anti seize for threads on new plugs and make sure gap is set correct. Peace. D
