My kids bought me the Wescott (specific to the Pro) lift for a XMas gift and I was hesitant at first but now I think I will proceed with the bigger tires (295-70-18) and get it installed - let me know how much it cost for the lift part of it when you get yours done Sir - thx,

 

Hi Troy, I spoke with my installer about the lift a few weeks ago. He will be doing the alignment also after the lift. I did not think I would have my SCS wheels before the lift but he will be doing everything. But he gave me a price just for the lift and alignment would be around $350. It will be a little more with tires dismounted and remounted on my new wheels. But not much more. I’m going to stay with my 285’s for now. Maybe down the road I will go bigger. I think with the lift and my tire size is still going to give me the look I’m after. Yes I would like to run 35’s but I don’t want to go thru selling my 285’s since there pretty much brand new. I think the Wescott kit was around $400 so $750 total to give the truck a more aggressive stance is a steal!! My son has Nitto 285-75-18 tires on his ‘20 Tundra and they are pretty massive so I’d say you’re good with keeping them on there and they will fill out the wheel-wells just fine…

 

Yeah I agree with total price to give that look. After talking with my installer I decided to stay with the full kit instead of adding the coachbuilder shackles. If down the road I need to go that way it won’t be a issue to swap the rear out. Ideally it makes sense to add the 35’s now to my new wheels but not financially. Lol. But if I was to sell my Pro wheels then I would make the move. But there getting stored away.

 

There's another Lunar rock near me, it even has similar license plate too, that truck has caused me various headaches, from people that I know text me asking why I didn't wave back or say hi to them, to my wife question what I'm doing at certain places when I'm at the office.

those skinny 35s are peach on these trucks, its Spring time in Canada, also means mud time.......

I would think the Dr would jump on this deal - price of truck plus one way ticket plus gasoline for trip back home - I’d say your still under $60k!!

 

then what would he have to complain about? that might cut into his profit margin of reselling it later too.

Nope, I'm the only owner that truck has seen and the wife got the wheels for me as a Christmas gift

 

I just shipped a Landcruiser from CA to PA for $1850 - So I'm assuming somewhere around that to ship to you. If you're seriously considering I'll split it with you.
