My name is Santana; I am a Sales Consultant and your point of contact for RealTruck, and we are very excited to join this forum and get to know you all.

For those of you that have never heard of us, we are one of the largest aftermarket vehicle accessory companies in the US. You can think of us as your one-stop shop – we carry the best brands in the business to cover just about anything you could want or need for your vehicle!

Any idea on what to do with a Trex grill purchased through your company and the fitment was lacking? I can't return a custom order, so it was a waste of money at this point.

Tell me about your ATF coolers.

 

These are good people. They originated in my hometown and I met several of the folks back when it started as Truck XL/Auto Customs. I’m not sure if they’re the same people anymore, but they seem to still be a good company because I just had a nice experience with them when I needed to return something. Very good communication and helpful people.

 

I normally say Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! to newcomers, but I have to withhold that welcome for now. All of the major truck accessory companies seem to be part of one large corporation, or at least have lots of pricing agreements to keep prices up. I discovered this when I was researching tonneau covers (pricing was the same for several different tonneaus across multiple companies), and when I asked a phone rep for one of the companies about it, he pretty much confirmed it. That comes real close to illegal price fixing.
