Console Coin Holder?

    OK ... this is going to sound like the stupidest question EVER ... but it's driving me nuts. On the front wall inside the console there are molded slots that appear to be coin slots. However, NONE my US coins will fit in the appropriate slots stacked vertically (so you can get them out easily. I assume it's dime, penny, nickel, quarter by the look of it... but I'm stumped. Truly a 1st world problem by an idiot!

    I use it. The coins sit at a weird angle but they do fit. terrible engineering, if you ask me...

    Same issue. I tried to put some US coins in there and gave up. Weird angle, maybe that explains it...
