    Hi everyone

I have a 2010 2wd crew max with 1.5"rear procomp lift helper springs and 5100s on top setting in the front with tuff country tubular control arms.
I just acquired a 6 inch rough country lift kit with everything except the dropped crossmembers . Could I use the lifted spindles in the kit to get more front lift without the crossmembers or would my geometry be all out of spec?I also got several size spacers with the kit that go on top of the strut assembly, was curious if I put 5100s on bottom setting with small spacer if that would help with ride. It came with huge blocks for the back which I don't plan to use, hoping I can use shackles with my helper springs to level out the rear if I get front higher with these spindles.

By acquired, do you mean someone gave it to you? Just asking because I believe there are better ways to lift your truck. I looked into drop spindles for my truck (solomotorsports) and the needed parts in addition made a long travel kit way more desirable. And, Tough Country is not good stuff.

The drop brackets bring down your alignment cams and your lower control arms to correct the geometry, I'd think without that it would be a pain to align. Your lower ball joint would be operating at a weird angle too I would think.

Geometry definitely out of whack. You could always buy the crossmembers from RC. But you’re gonna have to commit to the lift cuz as you know you’re gonna have to chop the OEM crossmembers. I’m not against these type of lifts, I have a 7” BDS myself, but it seems RC is the worst of them.

If it's newer RC stuff, I think they have upped their quality. ReadyLift was the bees knees early on but they lost some of their design team (migrated to RC). After that the reverse started happening.

Yes I actually got the entire lift minus the crossmembers for 50$ so pretty much free and it's all brand new. Also got a set of rear radflo 2.5 shocks,2 sets of random tundra front spacer lifts and extra set of brand new stock spindles . Guy was just cleaning out his garage
