Had the Westcott kit installed, was adjusting the neutral ride height to get it tuned in, and now the dash switch for manual raise/lower isn’t responding when I press it. It is now stuck in the highest mode and rides like a Fkn horse and buggy. Anyone have anywhere I could start with this?

Man, I’m sure trying, but it won’t do anything now. I can’t change the automatic height mode or anything. I’m beginning to think I must have over temped the pump or something.

Do you hear the compressor either bleeding air or pumping air? Have you checked the fuses?

I heard it working, Westcott said it could take a minute or two to make its adjustment, so I started it and stopped it quite a few times to make adjustments. I heard the compressor every time, so I didn’t think it would be the fuse, but guess it could be.

I'm trying to understand what you're saying and doing. Are you adjusting the rear linkage on each side, physically? As far as the switch, it doesn't matter what it's set at, as soon as you put it into drive and get up to a certain speed, it will go back to a level/neutral position or lowered for aerodynamics. So the switch is only there for ease of loading and trailering.

I’m all over the place, but I think I have it figured out this morning. The arms were in their highest setting, and somehow along the way, the neutral spot (after adjusting the height in manual mode) was maxed out at the highest point and wouldn’t allow me to change the height mode at all, manual or automatic mode. I set the arms to their lowest setting and it allowed me to drop it manually to set the new neutral mode. At least I think that’s what happened. I have it riding within 1/2” of the height of the front and it feels a lot better now. I think it’s good, for now at least.

Glad you sorted it out. There were instructions on how to set a new neutral when adjusting the physical linkages somewhere in the forum. Luckily, mine rides just right and she's a pavement princess. Only gets off road to get to my hunting spots and to bring a dead deer back out.

Ok, now I’m going to have to search for that one. Having it laid out would be awesome. I don’t know how the hell I got there, but I did.

Scroll through this thread and you should be able to DIY it. Looks like you need to adjust the linkages while it is in the neutral position.
