Cleaned the crap out of the drawers. Super glued some of the cracks and got stainless hardware to button everything up. Excited to try it this weekend.

Rutech came thru for me and sent me a replacement SAIS Bypass module. I sent my old one in after getting the error codes after having replaced my battery. They said their QC dept determined the unit had failed. They mailed me a replacement unit even though its been nearly 3 years since my original purchase date. Props to Rutech Solutions.

Ok kids. I need ideas here. Not my tundra, customers. 94k miles. Randomly starts bucking like crazy. Other shops put an ecu in, fuel pump, resistor, crank sensor, checked grounds… etc. when it acts up it’s acting like the ignition switch is being turned on and off really fast. I can’t find a reason as to why.

When you say "acting like the ignition switch is being turned on and off", do you mean full loss of power, like gauges and indicators go dark?

If "yes", this is a power problem, and I'd be suspicious of the alternator and/or its connections, the ALT fuse being burned/arced to hell, or the batt/alt/pwr cables.

This is one of my favorites, btw: https://www.tundras.com/threads/charging-alternator-problems.97131/#post-2469357

I'd also be suspicious of park/neutral switch, and any of the myriad of harnesses on the trans/engine, but ... it all depends on whether all power is lost and all gauges dark, or lights are staying on but it's bucking

Got some truck stuff done today.
    1. Passed OR smog (not hard to do, just ODB plug)
    2. Got exhaust pipe re-routed and new hanger to allow fitting the 285's (tailpipe was touching the tire before)
    Also got a haircut

Next up, DMV for the title & plates, yay! Then on to solving the airbag problem.

Got my inspection and registration done. She's legal again boys! Lol.

I installed the replacement SAIS module Rutech sent me. Also gave the MAF a quick blast with MAF cleaner spray and took it for a spin. No issues.

Installed Aukee LED bulbs in my headlights once I got home. I've been really happy with the output of the Aukee 9005 high beam bulbs in my F150. No issues there. Gonna drive it to work later tonight and I'll check out the output.

Do y'all with a topper take these plastic plates off the bed for better water resistance? I still have mine on with my topper. I don't think it's the seal that fails, I think it's the gap created with the plastic pieces. Thoughts?

Leave them on. It’s either the seal, which is cheap, or supposedly it’s up at the front corners where it gets in.
Most model specific caps have a over hang that clears even the plastic
I bet @des2mtn has some good tips

I'd leave them on too. Can honestly say I've never had a problem with water intrusion. A little bit of Sil-Glyde could act as a moisture barrier if you really wanted to add that in between.

I knew my bed hand once previously homed a cap, wiring by the tail light and run marks from the over hang near the tail lights. Also when I went to clean and prep my bed for liner, I found a bunch of strange goop near the front bed corners, I assume that was there for water intrusion, that’s usually where I see it wet if we ever get rain

Gauges shut off to the accessory position for a split second.. it’s weird. Cleaning grounds it seems to be gone. It’s a weird issue. Nothing funky on the scope or codes in any computer.
