Have a Taco Tunes cart loaded up with some help from those guys. Just under $600 shipped. It'll get me a replacement amp, all wiring and a good set of component speakers. It'll also be all set to just add a sub when I'm ready (if I felt like I needed one).

There are two things I feel like this truck could really use - a regear and an upgraded sound system. And right now $600 is much more in line with my budget than a regear ha.

Lol these are 2 of my top 3 next things. Since the truck has become the main transport with the kid and fam I wouldn't really be able to use the Taco Tunes like I would want lol. So I'm saving for the 4.88s. Ever since I moved to the 305s this has quickly become no. 1 lol

I'm probably in the same boat as you bro. With my 295s and the 4.6L, I feel like I'm driving a Kia. I want a regear bad.

If I end up hitting my second sales goal for the year, my bonus jumps from 10k to 20k. I'll allow myself to regear at that point haha

Here in Florida...probably 120-150 depending on how close you are to the beach/tourist area.

Sean, there has to be someone out there willing to write up a bill for truck parts as an expensive restaurant bill....

..this is either going to turn out really awesome or provide no advantage at all. At worst, it can only hurt two things: my wallet and my pride. They're both 12" Flex-a-lite fans that will work as pushers about 2" away from the coolers; each one moves about 1,100cfm. A switch in the cab will turn them on when needed, which is usually when the truck is idling in hot weather or when crawling through trails.

    Will do, thanks.
I also read in another post(maybe one of yours) to put the bottle in a bowl of warm water first to soften the material a bit.
