I have a 2020 tundra TRD sport. And recently when I turn on the AC/heater everything turns on fine on the controls but it wont blow no air whatsoever. It blows whenever it wants to. Has this happened to anyone? I checked some fuses but everything seems good. Any idea what it could be?

It’s your blower motor. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace. It’s under the dash in the passenger footwell. 3 screws and a plug is all that holds it in. The factory one is such a pile of crap that I bought a knockoff on Amazon. It’s been working fine for a couple years now.

Still under warranty? I'd let Toyota do the repair if it is.

Usually there is a resistor pack in blowers that controls speed. If that fails, it will only blow on high. If your automatic climate control system is changing the fan speed based on temp and settings, it may seem like the fan is possessed. Check out the resistor pack or perhaps get an exorcist....seriously, if you can get the fan in manual mode, try the different speeds.

Done! Switched out the blower motor took about 5/10 minutes and air is finally blowing again!

Did the aftermarket blower motor feel stronger than the factory one? I removed mine the other day as it was full of leaves ect. I took the cabin air filter out to allow the blower to move more air with less restrictions. Only downside is now debris can fall into the blower assembly.

I was thinking about looking for a higher speed blower motor replacement.

Honestly, it “felt” stronger than the factory one, but mine had been dying for such a long time that I didn’t remember what it was supposed to feel like anymore.

I know the feeling, twice I have put a new battery in my old F150. Both times I’m instantly surprised how fast it cranks and starts. Those old batteries get sluggish and you get used to it.

Hey all, I’ve been reading through these because I have a similar issue on my 2018 Toyota sequoia TRD sport. Blower motor sounded horrible like a failing barring. Swapped it out with an aftermarket 4 seasons and there is no air what do ever. controls still powered but nothing blowing on any setting… this model does not have interior cabin fuses for the AC system. Just 1 40 amp in the engine compartment. All dealers and story’s online parts I look at they don’t have resistors for the front, just the rear auxiliary motor. Do you think this could be a relay issue? If so can you tell me wich one to look for because the fuse box lid has nothing marked for A/C.. I need some help please lol

For some reason I just had the image in my head of you swerving all over the road because you were getting pelted by several bees being spit out of your vents at a high rate of speed. :burnrubber:

Would you mind posting a link to the Blower Motor you purchased?

    What year?

Truck has a dedicated blower motor fuse 50A HTR. The green wire is the signal for speed from the AC amplifier. Blower motor circuit is pretty simple really.
