Where did you order the fender flares from?

 

haha no doubt!

 

Yup, used the spring compressor partially pictured then used the tool provided to get the preload up to 12 threads. It comes with about 5 threads showing. Easily done on the work bench

and that shows how bad the predator steps are for winter states. that is the only major downside to them (except they are flimy as heck if they are the oem ones)

hated them on the taco and vowed never again for ND winters.

I got it delivered to me from PA. Paid under MSRP. Where to start on the mods? Mustache? Level? Have to figure out what is kosher with a lease.

 

anything is kosher with a lease. you just have to return it to factory specs/options when you turn it in

Picked up some predator steps. My wife is short AF and has trouble getting in and out

 

It’s with Ally, and they inflate residuals a bit. Not sure it’ll be worth in the mid $50ks in 39 months. But maybe cheaper than returning to stock.

 

I not gone to argue, they were a dealer add-on who installed it before I purchased it

 

yea they do, but my wife would have trouble getting in and out without them, besides they were on the truck when I bought it

when we bought our 2016 tacoma they came with the truck also like you. same issue the wife needed anything that provided a step to get in. preferred running boards but settled with the predators. once winter rolled around, the wife hated knocking the snow off to get a decent foot hold on the steps at times.

wish i had a garage that fit a full size, our old 2016 tacoma barely fit with door closed and you could walk around it.

 

I can still walk around it….long bed wouldn’t have worked out

 

I love our garage for this. Have several feet behind the tundra. I’m just limited on height. It’s a 7ft with a weather strip that puts it closer to 6’10

Those icon wheels look good, what size rim and tires did you go with?

 

Yea my controlller is wireless...or I can use it wired if I wanted to (not sure why I would...lol)
