I wish they had these in stock, there's on ETA on them either sadly.

The ones I picked up from Piki were also in the Nitrogas boxes. You could go with the “secret SPCs” from RockAuto. SPCS sold as a different brand (Mevotech or Dorman) for about $215 a side.

Ordered the JBA UCAs after going to and fro with the SPC stuff since their BJ woes haven't subsided yet it seems. My mech just got the replacement BJs for the ones that went out on his 100 series LC and he barely has 5K miles on the truck since installing the UCAs last year.

Now this probably is a bad batch and SPC is standing by their product by sending out replacements in exchange for the cores, mine were out of warranty on the Land Cruiser but they still replaced em. Not in the mood to take another chance so went with the JBA ones.

Another question gentlemen, what front sway bar extensions are you guys using, if any.
Or is doing a sway bar delete the way to go?
    Thanks.

Ah nice. So with the front out and no rear sway bar how is the body roll while cornering? Definitely won't try it on the stock floater suspension but the IM would definitely be stiffer.

It's way better than I expected. The shocks have high digressive damping so they resist movement in sudden maneuvers. Even in sweeping turns (I have lots of hills and switchbacks here) there isn't enough roll to bother me at all. I have no issues exceeding the speed limit on any of them. Very well planted over bumps at speed.

That is great to hear. I'll give that a go then.
The FCP kit is out for delivery today so will update as soon as I lay my hands on it.
    Cheers and happy Friday!

Looks like a smaller diameter steel with an extra wrap and flat ground, might have to inquire about replacing my set.

The good stuff is here. Got the same boxes for the coilovers as @Js18tundra 3308C7A7-E9FF-4D5A-9BC8-51CA0CEA695B.jpg

I zoomed in on the photo and measured with a caliper, and I can't tell there is any change in wire diameter or number of wraps. There is less taper at the bottom though, and maybe no taper at all.

Had my set replaced with zero hassle, even after having them for more then a year. Came across this thread checked my old ones and has a slight bow to them no where as bad as some of you guys, but sent in a warranty claim on their site on Monday 4/3 and next morning had an email back processing the claim and stating new ones would be ship out. Received the new ones today. Crazy how easy it was to get replacements, no questions asked.

The green did grow on me, kinda going to miss the color haha.

I don't drive the truck enough didn't even notice anything and looking at other people pics and yours convince me to go out and check and take a few pics. Didnt realize I have the same bow as you.
I submitted the warranty claim right after. Will keep everyone updated on this.

Spring rubbing on the shock body is the issue, not the bow.

I think they realize the issue is pretty much across the board with this model and they are handling it as the should.

Sometimes a product is just screwed up across the line and they have no choice but to replace pretty much every claim.
Glad they are getting this sorted out.

Our mattress collapsed on one side after a couple years. I had no clue what the warranty was, I stopped in the store asked about warranty he looked up my name and the mattress he said. Your warranty claim is approved and you have a $1750 replacement credit.
I asked if he wanted to know what was wrong or see pictures. He said, nope, this was the worst product we have ever made and we just stopped asking questions and are replacing them all no questions asked if purchased within the last 10 years. Even though their warranty is only 5 years.

I agreed, after looking closely at the spring and the shock body outside yesterday, it clearly does making contact with each other. I put a claim that it's bow and shock body hitting the spring.

After sending my unassembled HD front coilover components in on my dime, IM4x4 sent me the preassembled HD coilovers in return. Pretty much a wash since it would have cost me to assemble the green coilovers anyway. It was also worth it to me to get the new version so I didn't have any of these issues later on and on top of that, I prefer the black coils over the green. Now just need to get this kit on the truck some day.

I just hung up with them and was told the reason they don’t have any UCA’s on the website was due to quality control and problems they were having.

I was 100% about to buy the Ironman setup and am now questioning the decision. It reaffirms why I have always run Old Man Emu. They’re dead nuts reliable, reasonably priced and withstand abuse.

OME shocks aren't as good for performance though... and they aren't adjustable.

Just get different UCAs. It isn't that tricky. Or better yet use stock UCAs, set the front coils as low as they'll go (hopefully 2.5" or less?), and leave the rear springs alone. Saved you a bunch of money...:rofl:

it’s not just the UCA’s, it seems there have been multiple issues. I really want to like these. I’ve run OME on multiple trucks and haven’t had one single problem.

I would prefer the adjustability but from what I’ve read it doesn’t look like you can take these to 2.5”. Maybe I’m wrong. I’m reading these threads on my phone while watching kids play in the pool so I haven’t given it my undivided but the one consistent has been that there have been issues.

I have had both. They are about the same. Everyone is having issues ever since the Wuhan so not surprised they are having them.
