No, exact opposite. I thought I wasn’t going to have enough due to bank interest and the government not taking out enough of my regular paycheck so I basically forfeited a couple paychecks in December to go strictly to taxes. Guess I was off a bit.

Better than paying over $1k in taxes a 2nd year in a row forcing me to make quarterly tax payments.

Hate quarterly taxes and especially penalties.

hopefully a good refund this year. But my accountants filed an extension for me without even asking, I got all my stuff in two months ago. I think I’m going to have to find someone new for 2023.

Thanks for the reminder! I just got $3200 back. Definitely wasn't expecting that. That coulda gone a long ways towards t2s.

So what size gears go good with 33s? 4.56?

What about 33s with a lot of junk in the trunk? I was leaning towards 88s

10% of my driving is on the highway, so I’m not to worried about hi revs, I’ll take them on the streets. It still has decent power with the long tubes, but it needs some gears

Alright. FWIW, I run 33's on stock gears and don't have trouble. I mean, spend some money if you want, so we can compare....

4.88's will be fine too. Especially if you plan to go bigger tires in the future or heavy hauling. You might lose some mileage

I don't have issues on stock 4.10s with 33's, but my truck does not have near the pep it did with stock tires

People can drive mine if they don't adjust my seat lol. Ok maybe I'll let em adjust it a little. But gotta be careful because my amp is under the driver seat and I got it just right.

You'll end wanting lower than that IMO. I'm in a 4-sp too, mind you I'm heavier.

I'm flabbergasted that mom & dad, and my grandpa didnt listen to me when i said simpler is better. If you dont want a ramcharger, get a wagoneer. Mom and grandpa got new rolling computers. Dad got an '02 rolling computer, but it mifht be slightly more fun than a crown vic. My dads mom listened, saw the trouble grandpa goes through finding the a/c and radio stations. She kept her '02. My other grandma had an '07 f150 giving her problems, so dad bought her an accord, then traded the sequoia for cash & a honda pilot, so she hasnt had the choice lately...

yea, 2uz is gonna want 4.56's all day but the highway. Just keep it under 60 and it wont eat too much.

Is a gear ratio change necessary when upping tires to 33s? I'll probably be going up in size this summer and both of us are on stock gear with the 4spd. Money pit!!!!!!
