Pic is both 20in bars and fogs. Have the aim down the grille bar and aim up the bumper light. Too much foreground messes with your vision at night. Fogs are perfect, for now.

ahhh yeah man that looks great, that's exactly what I have wanted on mine. I have the TRD Pro bar but want to add one on bottom and upgrade fogs as they are wimpy. Great set up, looks nice!

I'll have a Westcott bumper light bar brackets for sale soon. Bought it back in September and never used it...ended up using the BD brackets instead. Paid $230 shipped, probably gonna list it for $150 shipped to lower 48 if youre interested.

It did well. I wish it came with a front locker as well and had more droop like a true 3 or 4 link but honestly it did fine for what I am hoping to accomplish. I ditched a 2017 Ford F350 Crew Dually and a 2011 Taco for this and it needs to haul our 8500lb camper after I transfer all my stuff from the Taco. Time will tell it's only 2 days old.IMG_5819.jpg

Super cool addition. Those rock lights put out a good amount of usable light for how small they are.

Road trip from Seattle back home to Colorado.

Took off bed rack/accessories and ikamper. I forgot how good it looks as a regular truck but love having the rear view camera back (tent blocked view while installed). UpTop Zulu rack is staying on though. :)

Installed a Talon Garages cat shield and a RetraxPro Xr cover last night. Both were super easy to get on, took me less than an hour to do both. And that was with my 4 yr old "helping" (aka. stealing my tools and causing general mayhem in the garage). The way the retrax cover installs with the deck rail clamps is slick. Today my baby is at the detail shop getting a ceramic coating (the truck, not the kid :D). Will post pics when she's home.

You did the literal exact thing we're about to do. Cat Shield, retrax, then detail shop for tint and ppf. HA

    The Retrax covers are great!

I have the PowerTrax version and the XR rails are great in case you want to add an UpTop bed rack in the future.

    Afe Blue Scorcher tuner installed….

Big mistake, the beast mode has been unlocked and staying in the throttle can be addictive haha

The only way to explain the acceleration and noises is European and exotic with a dose of race truck rumbles.(with Carven cut and clamp and dumped pre-axle/87 octane)

Went back from afe drop in filters to OE. Didn’t make a difference after the tuner install.

I haven’t heard of this particular device yet: can you tell us more info on it, does it work with non hybrid engines? Does it add boost? Any fault code ?

Heres a link, it’s on sale now.
    https://afepower.com/afe-power-77-86005-scorcher-blue-bluetooth-power-module

Sure thing, it’s a Bluetooth capable tuner with an optional switch panel as well for quick changes between modes without having to go on the phone app(Stock, Sport, Sport +, and Race). It adjusts fuel trim and boost levels accordingly in the different modes. The app can show boost levels, speed, 0-60 times,1/4 times, 1 mile times. Haven’t really messed with anything in the app. I can say sport mode is how the truck should feel from the factory and that’s what I drive around in. Race mode is for the smiles.

Hopefully support and updates will be available for it for the long run.

I would put it at a 7/10 for initial impressions. I’ve had custom tuned vehicles, superchips, Cobb tuners and Banks tuners and I would say AFEs configurability and app are the least desirable for me. Not much going on and not fun to play with. The results and smiles per mile don’t lie so I’m happy with it.

I just got these door projectors today. He does custom work, so I asked if he could make the TRD Pro logo. It took him about a week and now he has them on his website for sale.

There is a small connector for the existing light. You unplug it and plug it into the new LED one.

Before the tuner, were the afe drop ins worth it?

Awesome on the tuner. I hadn't seen that one, I'd only seen the one that gives different acceleration modes and doesn't boost HP.

Unfortunately Im not going to be a very good test mule for the filters because I took them out without any testing. I thought they may have made some extra turbo noises but I also took out the noise dampening material in the air boxes at the same time which I think were more effective for that. They did make my exhaust set up a little too loud for my taste. The main decider for you will be the long term maintenance vs toss/replace with the oe filters. I chose the ladder.

I do have them for sale if you were interested in trying them for a lesser price.
