I have the 2.30 with significantly less TQ. I was just curious.

 

My wife asked why I would care to do this because nobody is going to see it. I replied, “ everyone that sees my supercharger will.” lol …I’m also currently awaiting the battery hold down bar from @Coupe. I personally think it really cleaned up the terminals.

 

This would be awesome! It was tuned at approximately 50’asl. My HP is higher, but IDK why TQ is lower than many. It runs great, so I guess it doesn’t really matter.

 

With the 2.3 pulley I hit 505tq with the Maggie.

 

I have the PS fuel system installed, just waiting on the header's to come in, I will be be installing a 2.2 pulley at the same time. I will Dyno the truck to see what kind of difference everything made. Currently at 510whp and 505tq.

Hmm, I would like to see a pic of the dragy. Has anyone here actually seen what theirs would do on a smaller pulley that has stock wheels and tires and not a shit ton of excess weight? A few of us are in the 4.3-4.6 second window with big heavy tires and extra weight on top of that at least in my case.

I have a 2.3 pulley and stock tire on my RCSB, but I'm at 8k feet elevation, so not so fast.

 

You should come down to an elevation where the rest of us normal mammals live and give it a go!

Turned out the radiator cap has been broken since I got it in 2021. Apparently drilling the overflow was the last straw to the seal without the extended part that goes into the neck.

 

I've read here that some have found that extended part can get into circulation and cause issues with the opening and closing of the thermostat. You might want to keep an eye out for it.

I searched my orders to find them, I bought them for my 2010 Tundra, the wrench says not suitable for my '13 Sequoia but I used it last month.

 

You have me wondering about mine now. Lately it seems to be on average a little warmer than it used to be. Noticed 212 this morning driving up a long mountain grade, not towing or anything but was running a pound or two of boost. May have to pull the cap once it cools down and inspect it. Thinking maybe I will swap it out for the TRD cap, which is 18.5 psi instead of 16.5. I did notice a little crust near the cap and pressure relief nipple that feeds the overflow.

Which tie down did you go with?

 

I went this route, but it was preCovid. They were then unavailable forever. They are just a bit more pricey now. I love the quality though. The wrench and drains are available as well.
