Hi all, really hate this noise that's coming from my front left, occurs when going over bumps or shaking the truck. Video link attached. Any help is highly appreciated.

Very tough to tell from just your vid but if it was mine, i would spray every movable joint individually with something like a PB Blaster to isolate the offending squeak. In my opinion, it will probably end up being one of the rubber bushings..Good luck.

Mine squeaks on the driver side rear leaf spring pack. I don't know what it is but I just send it anyways.

I had a squeak on the driver side a while back...had it in the dealership for my service and had them check it out. They ended up replacing the shock/strut.

Spray the bushings with PB blaster and test drive, if noise goes away, bushings, if not, most of the time it's a ball joint.

Jack the tires up and look. Wiggle the tire side to side, then up and down, should be tight. Now do big turns with the tire and see if it's smooth or the ball joints are sticky, dried out, and causing your squeak. WD/40 does not work as good as PB or something more oily per say. WD/40 is used to spray on metal to keep it from rusting. Water Dismemberment 40th formula finally worked. Developed for the military.

When that started on my '04 about 2K miles after I put in new ball joints, I sprayed white lithium grease on it and it stopped for a week or so. Finally decided to replace them again with a better quality ball joint WITH grease zerks, it stopped completely. The zerks are important as you can shoot a little grease in them now and then and keep them lubricated.
Luckily, it's an easy job (with the right tools of course) and only takes about 15 minutes per side.
Get a ball joint separator from HF and if you have any mechanical ability at all, you can do it in your garage or driveway.

Holy shit i have this exact same issue on my 2020 also. I took it to the dealership and they said the hood was loose and they fixed. When i left the dealership PARKING LOT the small bumps to get on the main road it started again. the noise doesn't happen all time but when it does it annoys the shit out of me. I haven't gone back to the dealership yet but plan to this coming week. I paid a pretty penny for the truck and hate that it has this issue.

Gen 1's have LBJ problems that are less common in later models (changed design). I have a similar squeak on '15 that I'm thinking is my LCA bushings having been tightened without truck weight on them. Checking this weekend

I just changed my front strut setup. Ended up going Monroe quick strut as some other options weren’t available.
Solved some really bad suspension issues, but also solved my left front ‘squeak’ that was driving me crazy. thank God! Not ready for all the balljoint/bushing replacements yet

I have this EXACT noise on the driver side too. Did anyone ever find a solution? I have SPC UCAs and thought maybe they needed re-greasing.

Are you positive that it is in the front? I had that noise and it was the driver's side leaf spring.

Gotcha. It sounds like a dry bushing. Someone needs to be under there to track it down.

I loosened the nut and slid the bolt of the UCA out a little to grease the outer parts of the bushing, which helped a little, but overall its still there. Guess I have to find the time to remove the entire UCA and re-grease everything. What a PITA.

I have this same annoying squeak on my ‘01….again….after I replaced the LBJ!! Which fortunately snapped while sitting in the driveway and not while I was driving.

My mechanic used a MOOG LBJ though….the squeak stopped after the new LBJ….but now it’s back….after only 4 months!!!
Shouldn’t I just be able to spray the LBJ with lubricant since it’s new??
