Aftermarket tow mirrors bsm malfunction

2021 limited
Bought and installed aftermarket tow mirrors from eBay. They look great have the BSM and heated and all that shiz. Once I installed them now I have this code on dash that says RTC AND BSM malfunction contact dealer. anyone experience this or have a solution?

 

I had this with my Boost Auto Parts tow mirrors. Pulled the code and it was faulting the light in my right mirror. BAP sent me a replacement and I’m now good to go. Have you checked the error code?

 

Negative on checking the error code. It just spat out BSM and RTC MALFUNCTION SEE DEALER. I’m just gonna re install my oem lights. Every time you aftermarket it’s a crap shoot. Maybe I’ll try again later

 

Haven't seen many folks get BSM in Amazon/ebay mirrors but there is a chance the connector is just pinned wrong.

 

Yeah I bought them off eBay for about $220. They’re pretty look just like gmc tow Mirrors. They have heated glass, bsm, the whole nine. But they throw my computer off in the tundra. Don’t know if it’s worth the headache. The minute I reinstalled my oem ones all was well again. Will probably just sent em back
