No...not really. I work long days from home M-F. We take the wife's Subaru on most long trips. So the truck is basically a weekend whip.

So its not as simple as a plug and play. Shame I like the clean look it has but I don't think I care to Dremel either, reason I haven't purchased the other kit either.

Been too hot to mess with, right now it’s 103 F in my garage:tumbleweed:, but just finished battery cage and support bracing install. Battery in and everything hooked back up, going to wait till tomorrow morning when it’s cooler to start.

haha yeah I finally pulled the trigger myself. the shims are to get a little extra height without having to max out the preload on the springs. they go between the tophat and the mount. they can also be used to even out the driver side lean from the fuel tank/driver/battery, but my lean is minimal at 1/4" with a full tank of fuel.

Well finally got my new tail lights in. I think they look good. I don’t think the reverse lights are bright enough though.

I took my Tundra to my favorite huckleberry patch today. The last 1/4-mile is a bit of a tight fit and steep. My 4Runner had no issues at all. The Tundra made it as well in 2wd, but it was very tight.

Unless you specifically want the TRD embossed versions, SDHQ and Jomax sell these.

Got some pictures of the truck with 37s Ko2 installed. Method 705 wheels. I like how they look a lot.

@king.cong.1119 just curious what PSI you're running for every day use?

I'm running 275/65R20 at 50 PSI but wondering if that's too much.

Painted some MB TKO’s I got for super cheap. Really wanted a bronze but couldn’t find one I liked. Ended up with this matte amber but I painted after the sun was shining and they are quite sparkly…hmmm.

It's definitely a unique color, I'm going to let it sit for a while and maybe mock one up on the truck to see how it looks. Hate to redo it all, but we will see.

Scuffed them up with a red scouring pad, filled dings with bondo, 3 coats black primer, 3 coats amber and 2 coats satin clear. They came out pretty good, should have wet sanded before clear, but I got impatient...the side of the spokes have some roughness.

Parts arriving for Pops’s next phase in the build. Truck goes into the shop for the revamp here in a week I think. Pictured is a 4.0x16 5 tube bypass for the rear of his truck. Massive
