Labor Day Sales - What are you looking for?

Our trucks are expensive. So are the mods. But that doesn't stop us completely. With the upcoming holiday, what are you on the lookout for???

I'll start. Bumper W/ recovery hook and sliders.

 

1) Skid plates
2) Bumper for front recovery
3) Muffler or exhaust system deals
4) Auxiliary lighting (light bars, floods, etc)
5) Deep discounts on dechrome of the mustache.

Any specific brands? I hope CBI runs something for everything for a one shot stop, I know they got sliders on sale right now.

So far, mufflers I've listened to on youtube don't seem to impress me.

I agree, I'd really like to hear a few more mufflers as well. I may just end up removing the resonator ahead of the exhaust tip as I've thought that sounded ok (similar to the TRD PRO).

Regarding plates, I've been back and forth between Talon's and RCI, but really like the RCI stuff and it's currently cheaper. I like the bling of the OEM TRD Pro engine skid too, but imagine the vendors 1/4" thick aluminum plates are a lot more durable and are currently less expensive (going aluminum for weight savings and knowing I won't be (intentionally) getting a brand new truck into anything too extreme).

Well in the US it is "Labor Day" and is the first weekend of September but we talk about it early to make certain we know about all of the good deals as we sit around on the interwebs shopping for parts for our mods on the actual day!!

FYI - And us US folks do have Thanksgiving in a different month than our buddies up north but I suspect you were joshing about that. Isn't it Thaunksgiving in Canada?

I can't do any mods now because the wife say's we are going to get a new couch and love seat, and upgrade to a bigger TV. Life sucks.
