I saw a Tundra video from a former sales representative talking about his Tundy. During the video he mentioned that Toyota may or is working with Yamaha on a V8 engine option for future Tundras. He mentioned something about the issues with the 3rd generation may have driven this research. Not sure if it was true, but I caught it.

Any other members who have a finger on the pulse hear these rumors?

The current USA federal guvmunt administration is working to almost double the requirement for C.A.F.E.

I've been able to, through one of my international operatives, obtain this spy photo from this Mama Toyota Mama Yamaha V8 engine collaboration. Please DO NOT share this on social media as it top secret sensitive information.

I just have a few questions:
Where/how do I fill up and how do I fill a 5 gal can for the lawnmower?

Has anyone else seen the 2024 DLX model with a 5.70L engine advertised for sale?

I thought it was a mistake but I’ve seen this on several different dealer websites.

It’s just a carryover typo. No 5.7 in the 3rd gens. You can even click on the mechanical drop-down and it will say 3.4l V6 engine.

Bottom Line: Toyota lost its way.

The Toyota V8’s were rock-solid and hands down one of the best motors EVER. V8’s are essential to any manufacturer who builds full size trucks. The 2022 and beyond V6 motors have been a total disaster for Toyota. And have moved loyal Tundra owners looking for other options. “Including myself”. Dealer’s lots are full of new Tundras. Unless Toyota is now marketing the Tundra as a glorified grocery getter, I recommend they get back to basics and offer the V8 at least as an option. Otherwise they will lose in the full size market.

I seriously doubt people will gamble again on their Yamaha H2 option after their recent V6 fiasco.

    Wake up Toyota-Please!!!!

Even with rollback EPA regulations, I doubt Toyota will bring back the V8. However i would buy one in a heartbeat if they ever did happen.

Brother you speak for many of us. This Church of Global Warming bullshit is the fastest growing religion in the world, and all it has done...all it was designed to do was and is to control people. This religion destroys everything it touches, destroys every person that takes this cult's ideology into their heart, and companies are discovering what happens when they try to align themselves with the doctrine. Whether it is this bullshit or woke DEI it is parts of the modern-day black plague ideology that is destroying this world.

Made an account just because of you. I’m extremely surprised that this wasn't deleted. These woke scum liberal terrorists will stop at nothing to destroy our country.

I have the V6 3,4 but will trade it in the second they make a new V8 3rd gen.

ALL of the EPA and COVID sht was about control.

Oh and any car with Toyota sense 3.0 I'm not touching. My vehicle will not be able to know where my god dam eyes are looking just to turn off auto drive.
