Yep I've got no juice going to my console outlets (cig). Fuse (7.5A) is good. Kinda thinking I may have left something unplugged when I did the aftermarket HU install....is there something in that bird's nest behind the radio that runs juice to the console?

If not, the problem is gonna be more fun than I wanna have...

I forgot about looking into this when you asked about the fuse a little while back. The connector didn't come off of the outlet did it? I would meter the inside of the connector and see if it reads anything.

I have the same problem and it happened before I did the HU install. I have checked just about every fuse with a tester and have no clue. At this point, I've given up.

    Did you trace any wiring?

I made a point to look at everything I could see when I had the dash and center console apart for the HU install. Didn't see anything wrong.

Think I'll pull the ports and have a look at them from behind. Run continuity tests to see where the juice quits going into them.

Let me know. All of mine in the console are dead. I have a light strip inside the console and a wireless charger in the lid powered from those wires and they are down too.

Wow I'd have run alternate power to all of that by now if I were you.

True, but it's been a million degrees and I haven't felt like fucking with it. Maybe this winter.

Amen to that. I've been holding off several things because I didn't feel like melting while doing the work.

To be clear, the fuse for the console is labeled PANEL right?

    Thanks Jeff.

I was looking at this fuse in particular (it has zero juice going to it). Pulled it and looks good.

Are you sure? If this fuse is bad or no power none of the illumination lights on the steering wheel, radio, dash buttons would come on at night when the headlights come on.

Ok back to the drawing board. Must've been an OOF moment.

The 15A has power. I'll pull the cig lighter ports and get back to ya. Odd that both don't work though....

Take a minute to make sure you are looking at the interior fuse box correctly. It can get confusing.

Look at the fuses and A rating on each end and match them up with the diagram. I think you have a bad fuse you are just mislabeling it on the diagram.

You have to carefully count and match up the bad fuse to the diagram on the lid. I have gotten it backwards before.

According to the diagram the only two fuses are the ones here in red. If not that the relay is next to check. Or voltage at the power port itself. I remeber one guy hooked a mini fridge up to his rear one and it burned the ground wire up.

He had power at the port still but no good ground connection.

How are you testing the fuse? Just visually? And it should be the 15A PWR OUTLET fuse I believe, not the PANEL or CIG fuses.

Just using a tester light then pulling and visually making sure they're not compromised

With the weather finally decent, I'm tearing into the console to see what's up with no power to my outlets.

Anyone know what this is to?

So who unplugged the connector in the console? I assume it being undone was your only problem?

I guess I did when I was rigging up my Auxbeam switch panel. Yeah once that was reconnected, I had power to both outlets. Love those quick easy fixes!

Check the build link in my signature.
Just saw this thread and was going to ask if you had disconnected that connector at any point in time...It's connector TJ1 in that diagram that Jeff posted.
Don't ask me how I know to check that connector...
