I have Thule rails on my topper and nothing else. Just bare rails.
The Thule website is impossibly confusing for this 56yr old guy that has no idea how these things are put together. Its super frustrating that they have a gazillion different models and options... none of which are obvious matches to my rails.

Can anyone tell me WTF i need to "finish" the rails and have a couple crossbars on them ?

    Thanks in advance !

I went through this as well, I may be able to find the ones I used. I had to get the info from Leer first and find out what rails were installed on my Topper and then hint the Thule site... it's just a lil detective work but it's possible for a 56 y/o to do it cause that's how old I was when I did it two years ago...I will look for receipts and may find some pics for ya

These are part number 3101. As you can see I modified the cap to be installed when the bracket support is installed I didn't care for the open uncovered look...

What kind of topper is it? Did you buy it used? Leer typically uses the Thule Tracker II system but those dont actually look like Thule tracks. If they are Thule tracks you would needs the tracker bases and then the bars that lock onto the bases.

The cap was bought used and the rails were given to me yesterday by the Leer dealer. He said they were used and I could have them for free... so naturally I accepted.
He said they were Thule but wasnt super knowledgable about adding the finishing touches. I think he gave them to me just so Id go away. lol
After doing a little digging... they look alot like Yakima tracks too... so I may see what Yakima offers.

I took some photos of the rack system on my Leer cap, this is the Thule tracker II.

    Very little so far
Those tracks will fit both Thule or Yakima track inserts. I prefer yakima myself. Pick what you want up top first. If you want crossbars, then you need the corresponding track line or skyline components that place a crossbar onto your tracks.

I found some generic cross bars that work... but now Im trying to find the plastic end caps for the tracks and having no luck at all.
Any idea where to source these ?

These cross bars were only $129 on Amazon and rated at 500lbs.

You can look on Ebay. I actually have a set of 4 Tracker II 430R like the ones above. I recall the R was for rapid disconnect. Push a button to remove the cross bars so tha only the feet was attached to the rail like the one above. So what you need the to mounting bracket and the foot. I had the Thule rail system on a hatchback years ago. They are in the crawl space.
