RealTruck says "We sell parts. Here is a list of running boards the manufacture paid us to wrote a best of list. Certainly no conflict of interest here."

I like how the number 1 is arguably the worst to buy as anyone from a salt state can tell you. The second listing doesn't even have a model for tundra and has the same issue as the first listing. We used to call them rust tubes. The third listing isn't a bad choice per say, but isn't built for the tundra. It's actually just a generic running board that is built in a coupe of sizes that you can buy for most makes and models. For another 140.00 over the go rhino, you can get the very nice and high quality TRD running boards that were specifically designed for your truck. No fitment or adjustment needed with the TRD boards. Not to mention the TRDs are by far the best looking and quality of any running board for the Tundra. I paid 940.00 for TRD boards for a double cab from my local dealer. Sparks currently has them listed for 960.00, but you can get your local dealer to match or wait for a coupon like my dealer sends me. Why buy the best truck on the market just to throw cheap parts on it?

I didn’t spend the money to just swap out stuff.
The OEM TRD is ugly. GoRhino has 25% off if you give them your burner number + email. I am just looking for something to act as a step and protect my doors from assholes in parking lots until I get money for real sliders.

I've used Line-X 5" Oval chrome side steps and for at least 10 years. I did just replace them last year because the old mounts rusted out due to the inevitable midwestern rust but they lasted about 9 years and with a good owner who takes care of them they could last even longer.

Here's a few pictures of them on my truck (I know they're not the greatest for what I'm trying to showcase but it's all I got XD)

Yes and here's a link to the same style as mine, but honestly go rhino has some other really good looking ones for the same price.

The only reason I went with the Line-X over Go Rhino is because I have a local installer 5 minutes away from my house and I got a pretty good deal with lifetime warranty. Go Rhino is an amazing brand with really good side steps but do what ever floats your boat.

    Hey TimboSlice15!

I can assure you that these companies did not pay us to write anything. We are just trying to give people a variety at different budgets and styles. This post was just informational to help people who are unsure make educated decisions. We appreciate everyone's feedback here because new Tundra owners can look back and see what was popular. I love to see pics of everyone's steps on their rides no matter the brand!

We also love the Go Rhino steps which is why we put the Dominator D6 Steps on our Tundra!

The #2 listed running boards on this well researched list are not yet available on the 3rd generation Tundra, so this is probably not the appropriate forum section. They do look nice, though, and stainless steel is a major plus!

Yes, you should get a popup while browsing their website for an offer to sign up for email (20% off code) or + mobile number for (25% off code). Site wide currently it is 20% off with code DOG20 to celebrate dogs lol.

Keep in mind that giving up information like that gives them the option to spam you with random emails and deals, so I'd recommend just making a new random gmail that you can log onto but don't use daily that way you don't get spammed. There isn't really anything you can do about your phone number but 20% for just giving an email is still a good deal. Or use that discount code like that other person said.
